★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am split on this rating. I would have given them a five. The photo tech and resin has been very nice.
However I recently bought the Star Wars lighting kit for the Destroyer. It was defective. An led was not working on one of the engine disks.
I am being told I need to mail the cable back and they will then ship a replacement. I sent a picture of the defective part not working but I still have to spend money to return it - more then the cable is worth. With covid 19 and them being in Czech Republic it will probably take over a month. Same for the return. So this has now stopped me dead for two or more months.
Further I offered to try to solder the led and was told sure try but if it doesn’t work they won’t honour the warranty. This makes no sense. 2 min I maybe able to fix it. They have proof it doesn’t work. If I fix it I save myself two months and shipping costs and them return shipping and a new cable. If it doesn’t fix it it still doesn’t work but they won’t then send a replacement even though they have proof it has failed.
Really really disappointed. Given this I don’t recommend buying the lighting kit as their warranty is expensive and slow and they seem to have faulty connections.
UPDATE
They now tell me that I have to go back through the dealer. They won’t even honour any warranty. Avoid theses guys. Faulty products and no customer service.
