Nice environment and all the surrounding services absolutely great unfortunately the restaurant staff and food at an absolutely terrible level a great pity because it spoils the overall impression.

Člověk ani neví kde má jakou atrakci platit. Location nice, but the staff annoying and reluctant, pizza semi-finished ... Attractions unorganized. We waited for the horses for 2 hours and the girls misorganized and provided info. One does not even know where to pay which attraction.

Welnes a vyžiti pro děti také super Vřele všem doporučujeme. Nechá se zde platit i platební kartou což3je veliká výhoda cenově je vše v slušném prúměru5. Ještě jednou. Nemá to zde chybu. Jde vidět že je tahle práce baví a naplňuje. Ovšem pak jsme chtěli navštívit grill bar a najíst se. Po vstupu do areálu, jsme se setkali se synem majitele, který nám svou arogancía a velmi nechutným vystupováním, tak znechutil krásný zážitek z celého dne, že jsme se znenchuceni a hladoví odebrali domů. Moc lituji toho, že tito lidé z adrenalioveho parku kteří mají tak pěkné podnikání jim to kazí takhle arogantní namyšleny člověk. We were visiting adrenaline. center. But then we wanted to visit the grill bar and eat. After entering the complex, we met the owner's son, who with his arrogance and very disgusting demeanor, so disgusted by the beautiful experience of the whole day that we were disgusted and hungry took home. I really regret that these people from the adrenaline park who have such a nice business spoil them with such an arrogant conceited person.
J	Jana Tylová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak nepříjemnou a neochotou obsluhu jsme snad ještě nezažili. Tito lidé vůbec nepatří za bar. Sedět v tak negativní atmosféře vyloženě kazí den. Je to tu nádherné místo s úžasným potenciálem, ale příšerně drahé (za každou atrakci se platí 50-200 Kč), s dětmi tu necháte za odpoledne balík. Nepříjemní byli úplně všichni od obsluhy v restauraci až po instruktory na lanových atrakcích (až asi na dvě výjimky). Otravovala je každá otázka, každá prosba, každá objednávka. Odsekávali jednoslovně, vyloženě jsme jim vadili. Byl to jeden z nejhorších zážitku za dlouhou dobu. We have probably never experienced such unpleasant and reluctant service. These people don't belong at the bar at all. Sitting in such a negative atmosphere clearly spoils the day. It is a wonderful place with amazing potential, but terribly expensive (for each attraction you pay 50-200 CZK), with children you leave a package for the afternoon. Everyone from the restaurant staff to the instructors at the rope attractions were unpleasant (with about two exceptions). Every question, every request, every order bothered them. They cut off in one word, we really bothered them. It was one of the worst experiences in a long time.
