The doors from Grimax are great, the assembly was also successful, which I was a little afraid of, but the technicians managed it with ease. I can only recommend.

Výběr mají opravdu široký a montáž proběhla taky bez problémů. Rozhodně můžu doporučit I wasn't determined what order I would order, but the lady in the shop gave me great advice and I am extremely satisfied. The selection is really wide and the assembly was also without problems. I can definitely recommend it

Objednali jsme i s montáží, která proběhla bez problémů. Rozhodně můžu doporučit When we picked the door to the new apartment, we got a guy from our friends on Grimax. The lady at the Prague branch was very pleased with everything we were told. We also ordered the installation, which was done without any problems. Definitely I can recommend

Dveře jsou proti Sapelkám za polovic a kvalita výborná. Jsem moc spokojený. Jednu hvězdičku jsem ubral slečně prodejkyni, která byla milá, solidní, nicméně trochu méně komunikativní. Jinak opravdu chválím a mohu doporučit tuto společnost. I bought a complete interior house door and one sliding one from the company. I have a lot to praise the assemblers, hat down, great work. The doors are half full against Sapelky and the quality is excellent. I am very satisfied. I took one star from the young saleswoman, who was nice, solid, but a little less communicative. Otherwise, I really praise and can recommend this company.

Původně jsme chtěli vybrat jen dveře bez montáže, ale nakonec jsme se rozhodli i pro montáž. Technik vše zaměřil, byl moc ochotný a všechno proběhlo bez problémů. Určitě mohu doporučit. We were at a branch in Prague, where the seller willingly helped us with the selection. Originally we wanted to choose only a door without assembly, but in the end we decided to mount it. The technician focused everything, was very helpful and everything went smoothly. I can definitely recommend.

Byli jsme na prodejně v Roudnici, kde byla neochotná paní, která očividně s námi nechtěla ztrácet čas. Další věcí bylo věčné zavírání dveří, které bylo řešeno reklamací - technici vyndali ložiska z pantů = ano, dveře se přestaly zavírat, ale nemyslím si, že by byl tento postup správný. Některě dveře jsou mírně prohnuté "do banánu", na což jsem dostal odpověď, že "to se stává". Dveře vypadají designově hezky a i po letech jsou pořád pěkné a plní svoji funkci, nicméně příště půjdeme jinam = kde nám lépe poradí a dveře budou kvalitněji zpracované. 4 years ago in Grimax we chose (via a developer) interior doors. We were at the store in Roudnice, where there was a reluctant lady who obviously didn't want to waste time with us. Another thing was the eternal closing of the door, which was solved by a complaint - the technicians removed the bearings from the hinges = yes, the door stopped closing, but I do not think that this procedure would be correct. Some of the doors are slightly arched "into a banana", to which I got the answer that "it happens". The door looks nice in terms of design and even after years it is still nice and fulfills its function, however, next time we will go elsewhere = where it will give us better advice and the door will be better processed.
I	Irena Zímová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dne 8.9.2021 jsem zaplatila zálohovou fakturu na dvoje posuvné dveře s obložkami. Dne 23.10. proběhla montáž dveří, ale bez obložek. Protože technik Grimaxu špatně zaměřil obložky. Bylo mi řečeno, že obložky mi budou dodány za měsíc, ale to se nestalo. Na dodání vchodových dveří jsem čekala 3 měsíce. Grimax mne velmi zklamal. Už si od nich nikdy nic neobjednám. Dne 24.1.2022 byl u mne pan Procházka znovu změřit zárubně a už se neozval. Zakázka stále není dokončena!!! On September 8, 2021, I paid an advance invoice for two sliding doors with panels. On 23.10. the door was installed, but without the linings. Because the Grimax technician misaligned the panels. I was told that the envelopes would be delivered to me in a month, but that didn't happen. I waited 3 months for the delivery of the front door. Grimax disappointed me a lot. I will never order anything from them again. On January 24, 2022, Mr. Procházka was with me to measure the door frames again and he did not answer. The order is still not completed !!!
