★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednaný tovar prišiel ale potom keď som ho chcel vymeniť,vrátiť nikto nekomunikuje od zaplatenia komunikácia skončila. Teraz mi neostane iné len odstúpiť od zmluvy a zavolať do banky. Peniaze mi vráti banka tak nechápem prečo obchodník zaujal takyto postoj.
The ordered goods came but then when I wanted to exchange them, return no one communicates since payment communication ended. Now I will have no choice but to withdraw from the contract and call the bank. The money will be returned to me by the bank, so I do not understand why the trader took such an attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi vstřícné jednání. Dorazil jsem do obchodu chvíli před zavíračkou s urvanou patkou přehazovačky, nicméně Aleš mne přijal a do druhého dne opravil (a předání kola proběhlo v sobotu, kdy má zavřeno). Miluju tyhle malé obchůdky s osobním přístupem k zákazníkovi, díky!
Very accommodating. I arrived at the store shortly before the closing point with the shoe of the derailleur, however, Aleš accepted me and repaired it the next day (and the handover of the bike took place on Saturday, when it is closed). I love these little shops with a personal approach to the customer, thanks!
