Říká se, že úsměv nic nestojí a zákazníka pozitivně naladí.
Možná bych z vlastních zkušeností dodal, že to obnáší trpělivou práci se zaměstnanci a jejich motivaci pracovat "pro firmu", právě i tím úsměvem.
Za uplynulý rok jsem zde byl 2x, na hodnocení neměním ani slovo a svému oblíbenému PIT STOPu držím palce k dalším spokojeným zákazníkům ??

UPDATE after one year:
It is said that a smile costs nothing and puts the customer in a positive mood.
Perhaps I would add from my own experience that this involves patient work with employees and their motivation to work "for the company", even with that smile.
I've been here twice in the past year, I don't change a word about the evaluation and I keep my fingers crossed for my favorite PIT STOP to other satisfied customers ??
