★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrofa. Prostředí ponuré, zápach, zelenina na pultu oschlá, ovoce nahnilé, uzeniny opocené, ostatní zboží tuctové, konkuruje snad cenou o několik korun levnější než v blízkém Globusu. Pan majitel celý týden jezdí mezi Makrem a Lelekovicemi. Jediné pozitivní je každý den čerstvé pečivo, i to dopékané je vcelku dobrý nápad. Ale je to málo. Pokud se nic nezmění dávám tomuto trápení rok, maximálně dva.
Co třeba takto:
Prosklené vitríny, které jste mimochodem zazdili a nechápu proč (budova je pěkná, opravte ji, neničte ji), nasvícené čerstvé voňavé pečivo, domácí buchty s tvarohem... Musí to vonět na ulici. Uvnitř pečlivě vybíraný sortiment, nesnažit se prodávat všechno, nemá cenu konkurovat hypermarketům, takový boj nelze vyhrát. Nabízejte to, co hypermarket nikdy nenabídne - kvalitu. Nesnažte se být co nejlevnější. Jedu do práce a chci si koupit svačinu, čerstvý rohlík, do kterého mi třeba dáte domácí voňavou sekanou s bylinkami (ne tu sra.ku.. z Globusu) a klidně může stát 50-100Kč (4eura) Přemýšlejte chlapi!
Catastrophe. The gloomy environment, the smell, the vegetables on the counter withered, the rotten fruit, the smoked sausages, and the other merchandise, perhaps competing with the price of several crowns cheaper than in nearby Globus. Mr. owner rides all week between Makro and Lelekovice. The only positive thing is fresh bread every day, even baked is a pretty good idea. But it's not enough. If nothing changes I give this torment a year, a maximum of two.
How about:
Glazed showcases that you casually bricked up and do not understand why (the building is nice, repair it, do not destroy it), lit fresh fragrant pastries, homemade buns with cottage cheese ... It must smell on the street. Inside a carefully selected assortment, not trying to sell everything, it is not worth competing with hypermarkets, such a fight cannot be won. Offer what the hypermarket never offers - quality. Do not try to be as cheap as possible. I'm going to work and I want to buy a snack, a fresh croissant, which you can give me a home-made fragrant meatloaf with herbs (not the shit .. from Globus) and it can easily cost 50-100Kč (4eura) Think guys!
