Грамотно ответили на все вопросы. Цены очень конкурентные. Доставили очень быстро. У нас были определенные опасения из-за низких рейтингов и отзывов других пользователей здесь и на Пикабу. Но надо отметить, что у других компаний по перевозкам та же самая ситуация по низким рейтингам и отзывам. Так как эта компания активно работает по перевозке грузов в Европу и за эти долгие годы ещё не закрылась, решили работать с ними и не прогадали. Думаем, что если все вещи правильно и надежно упакованы (мы использовали пластиковые коробки Икеа и двойной обёрточной материал для хрупких вещей и нанимали профессиональных упаковщиков для мебели), а также все коробки промаркированы вашим цветным скотчем и вашими контактами данными, то чему-то потеряться или повредиться при перевозке практически невозможно. Из недочётов / пожеланий на будущее: нет отслеживания груза по гео-локации; о дате прибытия груза нам сообщили в саму дату (но нам очень помог сам водитель с разгрузкой, за что ему отдельное большое спасибо!). We think that if all things are properly and securely packed (we used Ikea plastic boxes and double wrapping material for fragile things and hired professional furniture packers), and all boxes are marked with your colored tape and your data contacts, then something will get lost or it is almost impossible to get damaged during transportation. Of the shortcomings / wishes for the future: there is no tracking of cargo by geo-location; we were informed about the date of arrival of the cargo on the date itself (but the driver himself helped us a lot with unloading, for which a special thank you very much!). Ни нормального обсуждения деталей, ни прозрачности расчетов. Положительные отзывы, видимо пишут сами себе. Кто ищет перевозку с консульской справкой не тратьте время.

Получилось так что ребята из компании смогли лично забрать груз, прямо от моего дома и привезли мне по адресу в Германии. Вот настолько всё просто получилось что по-сейчас не верится. Перед отправкой заключили договор со сроками( время перевозки не быстрое, о чем сразу сказали, 3-4 недели). Всё приехало без задержек, всё в целости и сохранности. А учитывая сегодняшнюю ситуацию на границах - это вообще чудо, что за такой срок и за более чем адекватную сумму можно перевезти свои габаритные вещи. Кароче, очень рекомендую! Все прошло отлично, менеджер Ответила на все мои вопросы, помогла оформить опись и прочие документы. Груз ехал через Литву, приехал за 10 дней. Была так же возможность что бы водитель помог вещи из машины в квартиру занести, я ей воспользовался, все было хорошо. Телевизор жив, коробки не вскрывались. За 6 часов до прибытия водитель позвонил в вотсап, обговорили с ним детали. Transported things (6 boxes (as pictured) + large TV) from Moscow to Austria in November 2021. The TV is alive, the boxes were not opened. 6 hours before arrival, the driver called WhatsApp and discussed the details with him.
