★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fitko jak má být. Dostatek strojů na prostor jaký tam je. Příjemná obsluha která i ochotně poradí. Možnost objednat si trenéra.
Fitko as it should be. Enough machines for space there. Pleasant service that even willingly advise. Possibility to order a coach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zadna moderna, pakovky tu nenajdete, za to tu najdete vse zakladni co je potreba. Supr fitko, kde mi nic nechybi. Snad jen toalety mimo satnu mi prijdou divne.
No modern, you won't find packers here, for that you will find everything you need here. Great fit where I don't miss anything. Maybe only the toilets outside the dressing room will sound strange to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pro mě horší průměr, prostor pro kvalitní cvičení nevhodný. Milion nesmyslných strojů, nevíte kde končí jeden a začíná druhý. Není se kde po cvičení protáhnout což je naprosto základní věc. Pánské WC u východu až za "přezouvárnou". Vrchol je perla, že nesmíte pit vlastní nápoj. Dvě hvězdy jen díky milé obsluze a pornokalendáři na povzbuzení krevního oběhu :D
For me worse average, space for quality exercise unsuitable. A million nonsense machines, you don't know where one ends and the other begins. There is no place to stretch after exercise which is absolutely basic thing. Men's toilet at the exit to the "changing room". The highlight is the pearl that you must not drink your own drink. Two stars only thanks to nice staff and porn calendar to stimulate blood circulation: D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jakožto někdo kdo se věnuje cvičení více než rekreačně.
Kladné body:
+ cena (vhodné i pro studenty)
+ čistota, udržované prostředí i stroje
+ dostupnost z MHD i parkování
+ v pohodě kolektiv
+ je tu klid, nepotkáš tu uřvané lidi co si zvyšujou ego třískáním
Záporné body:
- otevírací doba (neděle, svátky, celé léto)
- zákaz vlastního pití v gymu, magnezka/křídy na ruce
- hudba (buď je potichu že nejde slyšet nebo se hraje country/hudba k romantickému večeru. Není to vždy, ale 90% co tam jsem tak jo. Sluchátka povinně ?
- malá posilovna, bez nějaké aerobní zóny (musí se cvičit mezi stroji a lidmi)
Shrnutí:
Pro ženy a rekreační cvičení je tohle super místo. Pro kulturisty průměrný výběr strojů a závaží. Solárko v ceně permice kde se neměnily trubice snad nikdy. Posilovna je v celku malá, ale malokdy přeplněná. Rád se tady vracím, ale když chci pořádný trénink tak jdu jinde.
As someone who is devoted to exercise more than recreationally.
Positive points:
+ price (suitable for students)
+ cleanliness, well-kept environment and machines
+ availability from public transport and parking
+ cool team
+ there is peace, you do not meet bitter people who raise ego by shaking
Negative points:
- opening hours (Sunday, holidays, all summer)
- Prohibition of self-drinking in gyme, magnesia / hand chalk
- music (either quietly not heard or playing country / music for a romantic evening. It's not always, but 90% of what I am there. Headphones compulsory ?
- small gym, without any aerobic zone (must be trained between machines and people)
Summary:
This is a great place for women and recreational exercises. For bodybuilders an average selection of machines and weights. Solar in the price of permice where the tubes never changed. The gym is generally small but rarely crowded. I like to come back here, but if I want proper training I go elsewhere.
