★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kdyby byla ve wellness u sauny aspoň koupací ledová káď, když tam není ochlazovací bazének, tak by to byl nejlepší wellness v ústeckém kraji. Ale sauna bez koupání není úplná sauna. Jinak co tam je tak luxus vonící novotou a obsluha taky super.
 If there was at least a bathing ice bath in the sauna, when there is no cooling pool, it would be the best wellness in the Ústí nad Labem region. But a sauna without bathing is not a complete sauna. Otherwise, there is such a luxury smelling of novelty and the service is also great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V Ústí ojedinělý prostor, finská Sauna (chybí jen bazének s ledovou vodou), sauny s nižší teplotou, vířivka. Posilovna, perfektní zázemí k tělocvičně, pytel na MMA, všechny stroje co si dovedete představit. Na velmi vysoké úrovni a za velmi příznivé ceny. Roční permanentky v akci na OFF-PEAK časy se dají pořídit velmi lacino :-)
A unique space in Ústí, a Finnish Sauna (only the pool with ice water is missing), saunas with a lower temperature, whirlpool. Gym, perfect background for the gym, MMA bag, all the machines you can imagine. At a very high level and at very reasonable prices. Annual season tickets in action for OFF-PEAK times can be purchased very cheaply :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super prostředí, velmi přátelský a vstřícný personál. Kardiozóna, fitness i wellness. Mnoho lekcí všech druhů. Stroje jsou velmi kvalitní a variabilní (při cvičení cítíte partie, které máte cítit). Parkoviště v areálu a wifi v celém prostoru centra. Co je za mě velkým a často opomíjeným plusem je čistota, o kterou se během celého dne stará personál. Velký výběr suplementů na recepci, ve wellnessu i v automatech. Jedinými drobnými výtkami je moderní systém skříněk, který se doufejme časem dotáhne a lehce kluzká podlaha ve sprchách. Overall se jedná o komplex, který se rovná ba i svou kvalitou převyšuje nejlepší pražská fitness centra. Multisport na fitness, nebo wellness ✌

What is a big and often overlooked plus for me is the cleanliness that the staff takes care of throughout the day. Large selection of supplements at the reception, in the wellness and in vending machines. The only minor complaints are the modern cabinet system, which we hope will catch up over time, and the slightly slippery floor in the showers. Overall, this is a complex that equals and even exceeds the best fitness centers in Prague. Multisport for fitness or wellness ✌

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na začátku byla laťka hygieny ve wellness nasazena velmi vysoko. Dnes je to spíš průměr, určitě ne premium. Kneippův chodník má po stěnách vany mazlavej nános, v solný jeskyni nahrazené pohodlné síťové polohovatelné lehátka za nějakej nepolohovatelnej lowcost z plastu, pravidelnému úklidu v potírnách se taky moc nedá - pod kamny nebo kolem nohou lavic je vidět, kam až dosáhne mop... Když pak člověk vidí takový detaily jako třeba hodiny nad potírnou, které nešly skoro měsíc, dlouhodobé problémy se skříňkama nebo už asi rok trvající problémy s načítáním občerstvení na účet, nevytváří to dobrej dojem. Jako kdyby se vytratil systém kontroly stavu inventáře a čistoty ve wellness... Je to škoda, personál je totiž naprosto OK a před dvěma lety jste přinesli do Ústí něco neobvyklýho a na úrovni.

Kneipp's sidewalk has a greasy deposit along the walls of the tub, in the salt cave replaced by comfortable net adjustable loungers for some non-adjustable lowcost made of plastic, regular cleaning in the screeds is also not possible - under the stove or around the benches you can see where the mop reaches ... then one sees such details as the hours over the screed, which did not last almost a month, long-term problems with lockers or problems lasting about a year with loading snacks on account, it does not make a good impression. As if the system of inventory control and cleanliness in the wellness has disappeared ... It's a shame, the staff is absolutely OK and two years ago you brought something unusual and up to standard in Ústí.

And instead of saying that they close in 30 minutes before they sell the ticket, they say nothing and when I go later to speak with them, they say it's my problem. Incredible
