★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Budova hezká, zbytek občas stojí alespoň trochu za to (učebna a kabinet biologie, počítače...), ale zbytek je trochu Meh (hřiště, fyzika, chemie...).
The building is nice, the rest is sometimes worth at least a little (classroom and biology cabinet, computers ...), but the rest is a little Meh (playground, physics, chemistry ...).

Více slovy: škola, jejíž pověst daleko převyšuje její kvality. Místní učební metody zamrzly někde hluboko v komunismu, někteří učitelé by na každé jiné normálnější škole dostali okamžitý vyhazov. Ačkoli škola sama sebe označuje za všeobecné gymnázium, panuje tu absolutní nedostatek předmětů technických, směřuje tedy spíše humanitním směrem (někdo si pravděpodobně přeje, abychom skončili na státní podpoře a na úřadu práce). Škola příliš neoceňuje vlastní práci a snahu studentů, raději všem schopným (včetně učitelů) hází klacky pod nohy. Svým působením nejenomže zavedený systém nemotivuje, ale naprosto od vzdělání odrazuje (což je asi obecný problém českého školství).
Nemá vlastní jídelnu, musí se docházet na 3. ZŠ.
Škola se velmi chlubí tím, že sídlí v historické budově, což zní sice dobře, ale skutečnost je, že se štítíte čehokoli dotknout (špinavé, zničené).
In a word: disaster.
In other words: a school whose reputation far exceeds its quality. Local teaching methods froze somewhere deep in Communism, some teachers would get instantly fired at every other more normal school. Although the school describes itself as a general grammar school, there is an absolute lack of technical subjects, so it tends to be more of a humanitarian direction (someone probably wants us to end up with state support and the labor office). The school does not appreciate the work and efforts of the students much. Not only does it not motivate the established system, but it discourages education completely (which is probably a general problem of the Czech education system).
It does not have its own dining room, it must be attended at the 3rd elementary school.
The school boasts that it is housed in a historic building, which sounds good, but the fact is that you shield yourself from touching anything (dirty, destroyed).
