★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zpocatku ordinace tvorena 3 lekarkami, nyni za provozu pouze s MUDr. Svojanovskou ... doktorka je mila, ale vzhledem k tomu, ze ma vsechny pacientky nyni jen ona, probiha prohlidka stylem sup sup rychle hotovo ... sotva pozdravite uz lezite na koze a na nejakou konzultaci neni vubec cas ... poplatek 200 Kc za emailovou poradnu, nyni jiz 300 Kc je jen tahani penez z lidi, na recepci nemozne se temer dovolat, sestra neni vhodna pro praci s lidmi ... kvuli dobremu zdravotnimu stavu davam 3*, ale v pripade tehotenstvi zvazim zmenu lekare

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ K paní doktorce Svojanovské jsem se přihlásila na základě výborných doporučení na internetu. Mám ale pocit, že si je snad píše sama. Není vůbec co pochválit. Bohužel. Není možné se tam dovolat, při akutních potížích vám dají termín za několik měsíců, doktorka je velmi nepříjemná, sestra na recepci se chová prostě strašně. Vše je pro ně problém. Vyšetření je velmi bolestivé. Naštěstí jsem se odstěhovala z Brna, mám novou lékařku a nestačím se divit. Lituji, že jsem se sem přihlásila. Recenze na znamylekar z poslední doby paní doktorku krásně vystihují :-(
I signed up for Dr. Svojanovská on the basis of excellent recommendations on the Internet. But I have a feeling that she is perhaps writing them herself. There is nothing to praise at all. Unfortunately. It is not possible to call there, in case of acute problems they will give you an appointment in a few months, the doctor is very unpleasant, the nurse at the reception is just behaving terribly. Everything is a problem for them. The examination is very painful. Fortunately, I moved from Brno, I have a new doctor and I'm not surprised. I'm sorry I signed up here. Recent reviews of the doctor describe the doctor beautifully :-(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chodím jenom na preventivní prohlídky. A poslední dvě návštěvy byli úplně děsné! Byla jsem objednaná na určitou hodinu, přišla jsem včas. A čekala jsem asi půl hodiny než si mě vůbec někdo všimne. A pak další hodinu jsem čekala než mě paní doktorka vezme.
Pak úplně nechápu proč mám platit 300Kč každý rok? Chodím do ordinaci 1x ročně. Tím pádem se dá říct, že mám placenou návštěvu. Jako proč?!
A pak mě strašně vadí, že paní doktorka se furt snaží doporučit nějaké kouzelné prášky, které se dá koupit jenom u nich v ordinaci za strašně dobrou cenu. Což, ale není vůbec pravda. I v DM podobné vitaminy stojí tak 3x miň.
Bohužel, tentokrát to byla moje poslední návštěva teto ordinaci.
I only go for preventive check-ups. And the last two visits were absolutely awful! I was booked for a certain hour, I arrived on time. And I waited about half an hour for anyone to notice me. And then I waited another hour for the doctor to take me.
Then I don't quite understand why I have to pay 300 CZK every year? I go to the surgery once a year. Therefore, I can say that I have a paid visit. Why?!
And then it really bothers me that the doctor is always trying to recommend some magic pills that can only be bought from them in the surgery for a terribly good price. Which, of course, is not the case. Even in DM, similar vitamins cost about 3 times less.
Unfortunately, this time it was my last visit to this surgery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booking an appointment via phone is impossible for English speaking people. The receptionist picks up the call and disconnect the phone immediately after listening English. I am satisfied with the doctor and her treatment here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't suggest this place, last time I went I waited 1 h and 30 minutes to have the visit, everything is made very fast and you need also to pay 500czk for email communication. They are too full of patiens and they don't follow the appointments hours.
The first time I went I was satisfied (2years ago) but now it is horrible. Last but not least the gyn is not delicate and she hurts you when visiting you.

You get to see the doctor for 5 to maximum 10 minutes and you do not even feel safe to ask questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first experience with a gynecologist in Czechia, so I didn't know what to expect. Clinic was easy to find and accessible by tram. Both the nurse and doctor speak English. The nurse is a bit more reserved, but she was very polite. Doctor is great - very knowledgeable and friendly. The fee for email communication is fine with me, because I don't live nearby the clinic. The convenience factor is worth the cost. I would recommend this clinic to foreigners looking for a gynecologist. ✌️
