Pokud je obchod otevřen do 21 hod, mají být otevřeny všechny služby. Stačí zavřít o půl hodinu dřív a problém je vyřešen. The staff has absolutely no respect for the client's time and wastes it if they do not allow entry to the cabins 15 minutes before the store closes, because "then the staff does not have time to clean up", which is a problem for the staff, not the client. If the store is open by 9 pm, all services should be open. Just close it half an hour earlier and the problem is solved.

Důvod udávat nemusím ale paní byla přesvědčena o opaku. I am very dissatisfied with the staff. The lady at the cash register did not want to return the money for the purchased goods the day before! I don't have to give a reason, but the lady was convinced otherwise.

So on 20.04 came with both and first was told yes, then no but after explaining what was told before and had on dms with H&M they agreed and helped made the process fast. Thank you so much to the manager and staff of the morning shift ion April 20th.
