★ ★ ★ ★ ★ za mě naprostá tragédie...v celé prodejně se pohybují zákazníci, že bych je spočítal na prstech na ruce, ale fronta u kabinek 10 min a dalších 15 min u jediné pokladny, která byla zrovna v provozu...zřejmě velmi špatně dimenzovaná prodejna...vůbec si neumím představit, že by tu bylo třeba 3x víc lidí najednou...po téhle zkušenosti už jsem nezavítám
for me the utter tragedy ... the customers are moving around in the shop, counting them on my fingers, but the 10 min. ... I can't imagine that there would be three more people at a time here ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nemůžu si na nic stěžovat. On-line objednané zboží jsem vracela na pokladně s dvěmi ochotnými mladými dámami. Rychlé odbavení a peníze na ruku.
I can't complain about anything. I returned the ordered goods at the box office with two willing young ladies. Fast check-in and money on hand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsem tu byla zase nakupovat, a tak neochotnou paní jsem zase tak dlouho neviděla. Když jsem si chtěla stěžovat nadřízené tak se otočila a odešla. Ani jmenovku neměla, jen zlatou košilku a černé kalhoty a asi z ní neco táhlo. Tak prosím lidičky jí se na radu raději neptejte. Jinak hezké svátky všem. Vím ze před Vánoci je toho všude moc ale tohle jsem fakt nezažila!
I was here to shop again today, so I haven't seen such a reluctant lady in so long. When I wanted to complain to my superiors, she turned and left. She didn't have a name tag, just a gold shirt and black pants, and something was pulling out of her. So please, folks, you better not ask her for advice. Otherwise happy holidays to all. I know there is a lot everywhere before Christmas, but I really haven't experienced this!
