Chcete-li se na cokoli zeptat, tak máte smůlu, protože mladík z obsluhy během dvou minut odtančil do přízemí a už se nevrátil. V patře na vás šlehá pohledy pouze nesympatická ostraha, která nemá v úmyslu s vámi vůbec komunikovat. Average clothing shop. A to je docela škoda od světové značky pro které která spolupracuje s takovými hvězdami bych očekával i Novodvorská Plaza vyšší vyššího o hodně vyšší level ? U preplnenych kabině jsem se slušně zeptala, zda je možné vyzkoušet si věci jinde, zda nemohu do parta pro muže, nebo jestli nemají i jiné kabinky? Bylo mi vysvětleno jak malému dítěti, jak funguje proces placeni. Kde je pokladna.. Atd. A to dost nepříjemným tónem. Sama pracuji s lidmi a u nás si tedy vždy zakládáme na tom, aby se se zákaznikem jednalo s úctou. Obchod se mi tímto zážitkem zbytečně zprotivil, nic jsem samozřejmě nekoupila. Dvě tílka a kraťasy pořídím i jinde, kde si nebudu připadat jak na výuce pro mentálně zaostale. Musím říct, že horší management prodejny si nemohli vybrat. Dělají společnosti špatné jméno u zákazníků a za to je asi nikdo chválit nebude. Arogance v této prodejně je dokonalá. Sortiment je omezený a nemůže se rovnat s jinými prodejnami v Praze. Tuto prodejnu po všech stránkách nedoporučuji.
