★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V první řadě řeknu, že lékaři fajn, za to davam druhou hvězdu, i kdyz občas mám pocit, že paní doktorka Mertová trochu působí otráveným dojmem, ale to je vedlejší, důležitá pro mě byla jeji dobrá práce. Chodím na kliniku dlouho, ale co mě teda neskutečně odradilo, je potetovaná recepční, která neumí zdravit, bez citu, nezvedá telefony, hlavně že se někde za rohem vybavuje na židli/gauči, vedle opakovaně dlouho vibroval mobil na stole (pravděpodobně pracovní, kde mi trochu bylo jasný,proč jsem se nemohla dovolat, až další den mi to zvedla příjemná paní). Nerekne vam ani částku kterou máte po zákroku platit, rovnou nastavi terminal a dal si všímásvéhotelefonu. . Tahle známá a dobrá klinika by měla brat v potaz, že recepční je první, se kterou přichází lidé do kontaktu. Byt prvním klientem, okamžitě odcházím, jelikož tahle osoba tam je víc než zbytečná. Milejší a citlivější člověk by vašemu prostředí slušel rozhodně víc.
First of all, I'll say that the doctors are fine, I'm giving it a second star, even though sometimes I feel like Dr. Mert is a little annoyed, but that's secondary, her good job was important to me. I have been going to the clinic for a long time, but what really discouraged me is the tattooed receptionist, who can't greet without feeling, doesn't pick up the phones, especially that she is sitting on a chair / couch around the corner, it was a little clear to me why I couldn't call until the next day a nice lady picked it up). He won't even tell you the amount you have to pay after the procedure, set up the terminal straight away and put your phone in mind. . This well-known and good clinic should take into account that the receptionist is the first person people come into contact with. Apartment first client, I leave immediately, because this person there is more than useless. A nicer and more sensitive person would definitely suit your environment better.
