★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Termín možné domluvit i den předem, což velmi oceňuji. Byla jsem asi už 10x, nikdy nebyl problém. Termín ale vždy domluvam přes sms jen tak den předem.
The date can be arranged even in advance, which I highly appreciate. I've been around 10 times, there's never been a problem. But I always agree via sms a day in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jednání paní masérky je neuvěřitelné. Zakoupila jsem dva poukazy na masáž na slevomatu a paní masérka mi několikrát nepotvrdila termín. Na závěr mi poslala e-mail, ať ji již s žádostí o termín nekontaktuji a odmítla uplatnění mých poukazů. Obrátila jsem se se stížností na slevomat.
The masseuse's actions are incredible. I bought two vouchers for a massage at a discount machine and the masseuse did not confirm my appointment several times. Finally, she sent me an e-mail so that I would not contact her again with a request for an appointment and refused to use my vouchers. I turned to the slevomat with a complaint.
