L	Lada Ann Marii on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Takže chtěla jsem udělat radost babičce , telefonicky jsem učinila objednávku na den a čas . Jelikož bydlíme daleko a navíc jsem musela vše pečlivě naplánovat dopředu ,abych mohla zajistit péči dědovi ,který je 24 hodin denně závislý na pomoci . Tudíž jsem musela zaplatit domácí pečovatelku ,abych mohla babičku vzít konečně ke kadeřnici. Vše jsem zajistila ,odvoz taxi také ,aby jsme přišli do kadeřnictví ,tak jak jsme byli dohodnuté s kadeřnicí. A tadááá teď to překvapení ..... Babička měla radost až do té doby než banda sedících ,klábosejících kadeřnic mě odpálkovávali se slovy ,že objednaná není . Nakonec ze mě udělali blbečka ,že určitě jsem musela objednávat v jiném kadeřnictví. Nikdo takový zkrátka prý objednaný nebyl . Nakonec jsem jim přečetla telefonní číslo ,na kterém jsem učinila objednávku potom se sklidnili . Žádná omluva ,jednání jak kdyby je člověk hrozně obtěžoval a vyrušoval. Ze všech kadeřnic pracovala jen jedna , protože tam byla pouze jedna zákaznice . Ostatní kadeřnice ,tam byli pouze od vysedávání a klábosení. Takže ochota na bodu mrazu ,přístup k zákazníkům mají arogantní ..... Po mém dohadování nám bylo oznámeno ,že si teda máme počkat dalších 20 minut navíc . Takže jsme se otočili a jeli domů . Od takových lidí s jejich přístupem ,bych si nenechala učesat ani patku. Tohle jejich nezodpovědné divadlo mě přišlo na 500 Kč za taxi a 800 Kč za pečovatelku . So I wanted to please my grandmother, I made an order for the day and time by phone. Because we live far away, and I also had to plan everything carefully in advance so that I could provide care for my grandfather, who is dependent on help 24 hours a day. So I had to pay for a home caregiver so I could finally take my grandmother to the hairdresser. I arranged everything, taking a taxi as well so that we came to the hairdresser, as we agreed with the hairdresser. And now the surprise ..... Grandma was happy until a bunch of sitting, gossiping hairdressers batted me with the words that it was not ordered. In the end, they made a fool of me that I definitely had to order at another hairdresser. No one was said to have been ordered. Finally, I read them the phone number where I made the order, then they calmed down. No excuse, acting as if you were bothered and disturbed terribly. Of all the hairdressers, only one worked because there was only one customer. The other hairdressers were there only from sitting down and gossiping. So the willingness to freeze, the approach to customers have arrogant ..... After my guess, we were told that we should wait another 20 minutes. So we turned around and went home. From such people with their approach, I would not let myself be combed. This irresponsible theater cost me CZK 500 for a taxi and CZK 800 for a caregiver.

P	Petr Štěpánek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slečna kadeřnice byla velmi příjemná, přátelská a usměvavá, ostatně jako vždy. Se střihem jsem naprosto spokojen, určitě se rád vrátím. The young hairdresser was very nice, friendly and smiling, as always. I am completely satisfied with the cut, I will definitely be happy to return.

M	Marketa Palikova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nikdy víc,nedoporučuji.Po tom co jsem paní řekla že CHCI udělat postupkovy střih a nechat délku stejnou, mě ostrihala tak že mám mikad o.Pani mi nechala totálně černé čelo i usi od barvy a úplnej nezajem. bruneta menší postavy s delsimy vlasy by se měla věnovat nicemu jinému než vykonávat amaterske výkony!!!Katastrofa!! Toto není ani postupkovy sestrihyrovnou mi mohla dát hrnec na hlavu a věřím že by to bylo pohlednejsi Never again, I do not recommend. After what I said, the lady I want to do a straight cut and leave the length the same, she cut me so that I have a mikad o. The lady left me a totally black forehead and ears of paint and a complete lack of interest. brunette of a smaller figure with long hair should do nothing but perform amateur performances !!! Disaster !! This isn't even a straightforward haircut, she could put a pot on my head and I believe it would be more handsome

Meine Haare wurden förmlich rausgerissen - dabei weiß man doch eigentlich, dass man von unten nach oben kämmt und nicht sämtliche Knötchen nach unten in die Spitzen um sie dann rauszureißen. Ich bekam auch keinen Hitzeschutz obwohl der heiße Fön am Haaransatz bis in die Spitzen direkt am Haar anlag. Im vornherein frage ich auch nach dem Preis - mitgeteilt wurden mir 600 Kronen - am Ende waren es 750 Kronen ohne irgendeine Begründung… (24€ zu 31€) Die zwei Sterne gebe ich für die immerhin nette Friseurin… Unfortunately, my visit to the hairdresser wasn't that great. My hair was literally torn out - but you actually know that you comb from the bottom up and not all the knots down to the tips and then rip them out. I didn't get any heat protection either, although the hot hair dryer was right next to the hair from the roots to the tips. I also ask about the price in advance - I was told 600 crowns - in the end it was 750 crowns without any justification... (24€ to 31€) I give the two stars for the at least nice hairdresser...

Určitě doporučím dále a budu navštěvovat pravidelně. I warmly recommend. I am extremely satisfied with Miss Hairdresser Zdenička. Nice, nice and smiling and the result was great. I will definitely recommend further and will visit regularly.

Za mě rozhodně nedoporučuji ! The environment is nice, but unfortunately you can't say that about the behavior. The lady was very arrogant, uncomfortable. One feels annoying there. I definitely do not recommend for me!
