Absolutely no problems. 9 pictures in a mount for a humorous price. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přerámování obrazu 100*80cm. První naše návštěva byla jen s fotkou, abychom zjistili, jaké jsou možnosti, vybrali si rám a zjistili předběžnou cenu. Ta měla být kolem 2000Kč. Dvuhá návštěva byla již s obrazem, ale 16:50 už bylo zavřeno přestože otevírací doba je do 17h. Třetí návšteva tedy znovu s obrazem, který jsme tedy nechali přerámovat a předběžná cena se zvedla na 2350Kč. Při dokončení zásilky jsme se dozvěděli, že celková cena je 2750Kč. Provedení sice v pořádku, ale rozhodně mi nepřijde v pořádku nebýt schopen odhadnout v normálních mezích cenu i přesto, že nový rám byl vybrán a obraz byl k dispozici při zadání zakázky.
Picture framing 100 * 80cm. Our first visit was just a photo to find out what the options are, choose a frame and find out the preliminary price. It was supposed to be around CZK 2,000. The double visit was already with the picture, but 16:50 was already closed, although the opening hours are until 5 pm. The third visit was again with a picture, which we had framed and the preliminary price rose to 2350 CZK. Upon completion of the shipment, we learned that the total price is CZK 2,750. The design is fine, but it certainly does not seem right to me not to be able to estimate the price within normal limits, even though the new frame was selected and the painting was available when placing the order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firma má asi nejširší sortiment rámů a paspart široko daleko. Nejsou pouze sběrnou zakázek, ale rámování a paspartování provádí sami. Pan majitel je velmi ochotný, má bohaté zkušenosti, dobrý vkus a dokáže výborně poradit. Služby můžu všem doporučit.
The company has probably the widest range of frames and mounts far and wide. They are not just collecting orders, but framing and mounting does it themselves. The owner is very helpful, has extensive experience, good taste and can provide excellent advice. I can recommend the services to everyone.

- arogantní jednání majitele
- velká nabídka rámů, nebyl problém si vybrat. O to větší údiv jsme zažili, když jsme si přijeli vyzvednout hotovou zakázku v hodnotě 2440 Kč a obraz byl opatřen úplně jiným rámem (zdůvodněno tím, že námi zvolený už se nevyrábí) a to aniž by s námi bylo jakkoliv odsouhlaseno. Ani telefonicky!!
- největší překvapení nás čekalo doma po zavěšení obrazu na stěnu . Závěs byl namontován 10 cm mimo střed obrazu ….
I definitely do not recommend:
- arrogant behavior of the owner
- Large selection of frames, no problem to choose. We experienced all the more astonishment when we came to pick up a finished order worth CZK 2,440 and the painting was provided with a completely different frame (justified by the fact that our chosen one is no longer produced) without any agreement with us. Not even by phone !!
- The biggest surprise awaited us at home after hanging the painting on the wall. The hinge was mounted 10 cm outside the center of the image….
