Na hájence, v jejímž okolí se nacházely bunkry, se scházeli partyzáni. Před svítáním, dne 26.10.1944, byla hájenka obklíčena speciálním oddílem němců vycvičených pro boj s partyzány. V té době byli s partyzány v hájovně hajný František Königsmark, jeho manželka a devatenáctiletý syn František. Když otec zjistil, že není z obklíčení úniku, sám sebe těžce zranil a na následky těžkého zranění zemřel v příbramské nemocnici. Manželka byla odvlečena do koncentračního tábora.

At that time with the guerrillas in the gamekeeper's lodge František Königsmark, his wife and 19-year-old son František. When his father found out that he was not surrounded by escape, he seriously injured himself and died as a result of a serious injury in the hospital in Příbram. His wife was taken to a concentration camp.
