★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byla jsem po telefonické domluvě se sestrou se zaevidovat jako nový pacient. V čekárně jsem nejdříve byla sama a pak přišly dvě paní na očkování. Vzala je přednostně ani se neobtěžovala se dotázat co potřebuji. Čekárna se postupně zaplnila a sestra celá protivná pronesla, že je opět plno a dál brala pacienty, kteří přišli dávno po mně. Seděla jsem tam i s malým dítětem, které skoro po hodině čekání bylo hlučné. Proto jsem svou registraci, která zabere 5 minut jejího času vzdala. Po této zkušenosti jsem byla nucena hledat lékaře někde jinde. Paní doktorku neznám, ale zřejmě dle recenzí je na tom v přístupu k pacientům o dost lépe než její sestra.
I was after a telephone appointment with my nurse to register as a new patient. At first I was alone in the waiting room and then two ladies came to be vaccinated. She took them preferentially and didn't bother to ask what I needed. The waiting room gradually filled up, and the nurse said annoyingly that it was full again and continued to take patients who came long after me. I also sat there with a small child, who was noisy after almost an hour of waiting. That's why I gave up my registration, which takes 5 minutes. After this experience, I was forced to look for a doctor elsewhere. I don't know the doctor, but according to the reviews, she is much better at approaching patients than her sister.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hodinu se snažíte dovolat paní doktorce aby jste se s ní telefonicky domluvily ohledně vašeho zdravotního stavu a zvedne vám to nepříjemná sestra která vás pomalu ani nepustí ke slovu nezeptá se vás co potřebujete jen vám řekne že Paní doktorka je zaneprázdněna hodinovým telefonátem ať si zkouším volat dál že se možná ještě dneska dovolám.
Tak hrozný přístup zdravotní sestry která ani nepozdraví a hned začne mrčet že ať si zavolám jindy jsem nikde a nikdy nezažila nejhorší zástup doktorky.

You try to call the doctor for an hour to make an appointment with her about your state of health and an unpleasant nurse will pick you up and she won't let you go. She won't ask you what you need, she'll just tell you that maybe I'll call today.
Such a terrible attitude of a nurse who does not even greet and immediately starts blinking that no matter what I call elsewhere, I have never experienced the worst crowd of a doctor.
