Již jako malý jsem se těšil na každou specialitu co mi kdy k jídlu udělal a pokaždé to pro mě bylo něco naprosto skvělého a to i mimo Japonskou kuchyni, takže mu držím palce ať má spoustu spokojených zákazníků. ? As a child, I was looking forward to every specialty he ever made me to eat, and it was always absolutely great for me, even outside of Japanese cuisine, so I keep my fingers crossed that he has a lot of satisfied customers. ?

Mimochcodem kdyz delaji dva totez neni to totez a todle je Sushi Mr. Milan Kanturek, probably the longest serving Czech sushi master, Hachir Tsuda, is now preparing food for us here. I recommend Unagi Nigri. By the way, when I do two of these, it's not the same, and this is Sushi

Absolutely fresh, tasty and at a great price, I highly recommend ? nice and attentive service, but what more could you want ?

O bramborovych lupinkach ani nemluve.? Yaki Udon (Nudle) taky zmaštěny hnusne ze se to nedalo jist. Jidlo akorat tak na jaterni zachvat. Smažený camembert se salátem nic moc urcite ne za tu cenu. A polevka Pho? Tak to je vysmech. A za papirove obaly si naučtovat 80kc...to jsem jeste nevidela. Celkove zklamani nevim na co si tu hrajou jestli takhle vaři mistři? a sushi? Daleko lepsi vedle v Uvalech. Nevim kdo tu pise ty recenze ale 5* da jen naprosty...... Waste one of the worst experiences in recent times, Spicy chicken soup soup just colored water without taste. No wounds (rolls) dripped oil from them. Not to mention the potato chips. ' The food is just on the liver. Fried camembert with salad, not for the price. And Pho's soup? So that's a laugh. And to charge 80kc for paper packaging ... I haven't seen that yet. Overall disappointed, I don't know what they're playing here if the masters and sushi cook like that? Far better next door in Uvaly. I don't know who writes the reviews here, but 5 * da just absolutely ......
P	Pavla Pudilova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po přečtení recenze od Xtina Rodriguez (zjevně konkurenční firmy) jsem zděšena a znechucena zároveň. V bistru Hando Shushi se vždy dobře najím, ať na místě, nebo mi je jídlo na přání dovezeno (80 kč za obaly je obyčejná lež). Personál je vždy milý, přátelský, a s profesionálním přístupem. Jídlo je velice chutné a i na talíři krásně naaranžované. Zde vaří japonská jídla se zjevnou láskou ke své profesi a s úctou k japonské kultuře (vařit se majitel bistra, jak mi sám prozradil, naučil od japonského mistra) a je to znát. Je tak až neuvěřitelné, kam jsou někteří jedinci, ve snaze pošpinit prosperující podnik v rámci boje o zákazníky zajít. Nicméně nejlépe uděláte, když se o tom sami přesvědčíte??‍♂️. After reading a review by Xtin Rodriguez (apparently a competitor), I'm horrified and disgusted at the same time. In the Hando Shushi bistro, I always eat well, either on the spot or food is delivered to me on request (CZK 80 for packaging is a common lie). The staff is always nice, friendly, and professional. The food is very tasty and beautifully arranged on a plate. Here he cooks Japanese food with an obvious love for his profession and with respect for Japanese culture (the owner of the bistro, as he himself told me, learned to cook from a Japanese master) and you know it. It is unbelievable where some individuals are in an effort to defile a thriving business in the fight for customers. However, the best thing to do is see for yourself.
I	Iva Koucká on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já mám velmi dobrou zkušenost, sushi bar jsme navštívili již vícekrát, a vždy nám chutnalo a byla příjemná obsluha. Ryby byly čerstvé a porce veliká. Doporučuji. I have a very good experience, we have visited the sushi bar several times, and we always enjoyed it and the service was pleasant. The fish was fresh and large. I recommend.
