Zboží ani po týdnu nedorazilo (dle eshopu je skladem), nikdo nereaguje na mail a telefon je nedostupný. Doplnění: Další týden se ozvali, že měli dovolenou (tato informace ale nebyla v mailu ani na webu). Další 4 dny trvalo, než zboží dorazilo. I made an order at the e-shop and sent the payment to the account according to the instructions in the automatic mail. The goods did not arrive even after a week (according to the eshop it is in stock), nobody responds to the mail and the phone is unavailable. Addition: The next week they said they had vacation (but this information wasn't in the mail or on the web). It took four more days for the goods to arrive.

V den kdy ho čekáte nejen, že nepřijede, ale ani nebere telefon a už se neozve. Tohle mi udělal během roku 4x. (moc příjemné když si kvůli tomu berete v práci volno) Nakonec vyřešeno jinou firmou. Absolutely untrustworthy company. Mr. owner promises mountains mines as he arrives and will solve your service. On the day you expect him, not only will he not come, but he will not pick up the phone and will not answer. He did this to me 4 times a year. (very nice when you take time off for work) Finally solved by another company.

Musím vyzdvihnout schopnost a ochotu poradit a vymyslet, ne vždy jednoduchá, řešení instalace vjezdových vrat, vstupní brány a garážových vrat. Příprava prostorů k montáži, výroba konstrukcí, elektroinstalace a závěrečná montáž postupovaly podle dohodnutého harmogramu a vždy po sobě pracovní místo uklidili. Jsem spokojený a za sebe mohu firmu Hanoka s klidným svědomím doporučit. Preparation of the premises for assembly, production of structures, electrical installation and final assembly proceeded according to the agreed schedule and always cleaned the workplace one after the other. I am satisfied and I can recommend Hanoka for myself with a clear conscience.
