★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Отношение к персоналу скотское. Роботы ломаются каждые 29-15 минут. Техников на цехах мало, нормы ставят завышенные, и обвиняют персонал в не выполнении. В 90%случаев норму не реально сделать так как постоянно ломается техника, + за сырьём бегаешь через весь цех сам. Помощников дают ток свои как Я понял.
The attitude to the staff is bestial. Robots break every 29-15 minutes. There are few technicians in the workshops, the norms are set too high, and the personnel are accused of not fulfilling them. In 90% of cases, it is not realistic to make the norm, since the equipment constantly breaks down, + you run for raw materials through the entire workshop yourself. Assistants give their current as I understood.
