★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived in an apartment at this rental agency for 3 years. They were very nice to me during my stay, but after I moved out, I was held responsible for damage to the apartment that I did not cause. For example, to completely renovate the floors, which is very expensive. I tried to defend myself against it, but this agency knows its customers and knows that students cannot afford lawyers. I ended up losing almost double my deposit to those bills. I do not recommend doing business with this agency to anyone. In the beginning they are very nice, but in the end they pull you over the table.

As a foreigner, it was quite important to be able to communicate in English and ask a lot of questions, to which Josef answered patiently and clearly.
