Son unos estafadores un compañero pidió una atracción llamada péndulo resulta que dicho apartó está terminado i dicen que tienen problemas con el banco i k no pueden entregarlo hasta que lo tengan solucionado i así cada dos semanas de se les.llama i encima siguen fabricando atracciones.

Happy Rides is a company you need to stay away from. A less serious company, you have to look far and wide for. We are very disappointed with the people in Happy Rides. We bought a big Dogde ‘em bumper car ride from them in January. They had two bumper car rides, one of those were not up to safety standards, therefore we bought the second one. Happy Rides were supposed to send all the necessary paperwork containg to the ride, but as soon as they got their money, all promises went out the window, and now they aren’t even picking up the phone if we call. They only pick up if the call is from an unknown number. We talked to both Jana and Honza at Happy Rides, and both of them promise to fix the missing paperwork, but nothing ever happens. We are dedicated to safety and to make sure our guests have a nice time, and because of that, we need all the paperwork to be in order. Happy Rides have built the Dodge ‘em Car Hall, but are not able to deliver what is required by legal and technical claims. As we said before, they no longer answer the phone, and if they do, it’s all lies and promises. We’ve been told six times that they’ll send it tomorrow, in which they have not. What does that say about the company? Unprofessional! Now we are not able to use the Dodge ‘em ride, because we don’t have the paperwork to get the permit needed to run it commercially. It’s really sad when we have to go out in this way to warn any other potential customers about what we have experienced with this company. We are now losing money because of the situation, and have to spend an absorbent amount of time on something that should have been fixed. Had they acted in a professional manner, we could have solved this situation In a friendly way, instead of making everything extremely difficult.

We bought a Dodge ‘em Cars Hall from Happy Rides, and it was not a pleasant experience. We are currently buying new attractions to our amusement park. After buying from Happy Rides, there has been nothing but trouble. We have had to spend a lot of extra money and time because of the poor service we have had from Happy Rides
