T	Tomáš Sháněl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lyžařské vybavení fajn, personál milý, ale to, že se zde nedá platit kartou je neskutečný lapsus. Peněžními službami se firma nachází hluboko v minulém tisíciletí. Je to ostuda majitele a ekonomického managementu firmy. Při maržích, jaké firma realizuje, je poplatek za karetní transakce homeopatický a přesto musíte do bankomatu jak za krále klacka. Ski equipment is nice, the staff is nice, but the fact that you can't pay by card here is an incredible lapsis. With financial services, the company has found itself deep in the last millennium. It is a disgrace to the owner and the economic management of the company. With the margins that the company realizes, the fee for card transactions is homeopathic, and yet you have to go to the ATM like the king of the stick.
M	Michal Šotola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mám jen samé dobré zkušenosti. Rychlá a ochotná obsluha. Velký výběr zejména použitého lyžařského vybavení ve velmi dobrém stavu. Samozřejmě i spousta nového. Půjčovna funguje jak pro celou sezónu tak na krátkodobé výpůjčky a i před jarními prázdninami to odsýpalo rychle. Stejně tak i servis. Pokud plánujete něco půjčit, mějte s sebou hotovost. Jinak kartou je samozřejmě možné platit také. I only have good experiences. Fast and helpful service. Large selection of used ski equipment in very good condition. Of course also a lot of new. The rental shop works both for the whole season and for short-term loans, and even before the spring holidays, it was empty. As well as service. If you plan to rent something, bring cash with you. M	Martin Holeček on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Včera jsme byli nakupovat přezkáče pro pětiletou dceru. Prvotní uvítání trochu rozpačité s hledáním předem objednaných bot. Ale další vývoj super. Žádný problém s pobíháním dětí mezi regály (ovšem s tím, že jsme je samozřejmě hlídali, nic neshodili a přiměřeně je krotili), možnost ježdění po prodejně přítomnou tříkolkou v průběhu zkoušení (tentýž přístup jako s pobíháním:-), prodavačkou doporučeny a nalezeny správné (a hlavně růžové :-D) hůlky. Záchody. Čisté, přístupné bezbariérové. Parkoviště naproti vchodu (nejsme lenoši, ale občas se to hodí). Zdarma káva a čokoláda. Kterou dcera v zápětí rozlila. Uklizeno vlastními silami. Nikdo se nedivil, nezlobil a ještě nabídli pomoc. Vysoce oceňuji! Rádi příště zase přijdeme. Třeba tentokrát už nic nerozlijem ;-)... Yesterday we were shopping for a five-year-old daughter. No problem with the children running around the shelves (but with the fact that we of course looked after them, they didn't throw anything and adequately tamed them), the possibility of riding a tricycle around the store during the test (same approach as with running :-), recommended by the seller and found the right (and especially pink :-D) chopsticks. Toilets. Clean, accessible barrier-free. Parking opposite the entrance (we are not lazy, but sometimes it is useful). Free coffee and chocolate. Which daughter soon spilled. Tidy up by yourself. No one was surprised, angry and still offered help. I really appreciate it! We look forward to coming again next time. Maybe this time I won't spill anything; -) ...

A hlavně, co vždy potěší, jen jsem vešel do dveří už mně kluk od servisu vítal a ptal se co potřebuji. Konečně obchod - servis kde má zákazník pocit že nepřekáží. Jen pozor, je potřeba hotovost, což u menší částky asi problém není. Nicméně půjčovat si třeba vybavení na týden, hodnotil bych přísněji. :-) I just went to adjust my skis during the working lunch break. Done in a moment. Reasonable price. And most importantly, what always pleases me, I just walked in the door, the service guy greeted me and asked what I needed. Finally a shop - service where the customer feels that they do not interfere. Just be careful, cash is needed, which is probably not a problem for a smaller amount. However, to rent equipment for a week, I would rate more strictly. :-)

A	Andy Wrench on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always good service from these guys and good rates. May need to queue when it's busy but worth the wait. Have never had any issues with sizes or quality of equipment and they now provide a bag for skis which helps both in transporting them and keeping them safe.
