M	Martin Koci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to look like a renovated hotel, but the practical improvements never took place. Toilets rather small next to the big conference room upstairs, and people can see inside from the corridor when someone opens the door. The buffet had no proper selection of salads, and the chicken schnitzel was the thinest schnitzel I had ever seen, basically only bread crumbs and hard to find any meat inside. It was not so much about the quality of food, which was good, but the way it was arranged on the buffet table. It simply looked cheap. And you have to pay for parking, god are we in London or Firenze the city centre...?!
E	Ewa Garniec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recomended. Unpleasant place to stay. The quality of rooms is rather below the standard. But the hotels staff is the vad thing. They are incompetent, snappy or even rude (not mentioning comments of a man working at the restaurnt-bar). :( They stop refilling breakfast one hour prior to end. And so on and so on... We stayed for two nights, 5 people. All have same bad experience. Total DISharmony. :(
L	Leo Polonsky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible hotel. Everything is run down and desk staff are rude to Americans. I had more friendlier help from the waiters. They demanded to scan my passport, which was weird because I was not on the reservation. When I asked if reception could ring us a cab, the receptionist turned and left. Didn't even say “we can’t” — just left. Rude and unapologetic. If you are American, do not stay here.

If I really went looking for complaints, I would only find 2 on the top of my head: Very dusty TV remote and a shower head holder that lost tension, so I either had to stand against the pipes or hold the shower in my hand. Ow, I didn't know how nice Ostrava was, before I saw it from my 10th floor room. Will definitely stay here again...

Some rooms have problems with wi-fi connection, the signal is very low in some rooms. But they are definitely very clean, including the bathroom. And they are very suitable when you are staying here for a short period of time. I stayed there a couple of times on my business trip to the company nearby and I was always satisfied, treated well and feeling good. And I always really enjoyed breakfast here. For Czech standards, I would say it is quite high with a wide variety of food. So if you are traveling on business I would definitely suggest you this hotel. If you are looking for a romantic place to stay with your spouse, I would suggest looking somewhere else.
S	Se Wa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and comfortable room for affordable price. Breakfast was amazing and staff was very kind and friendly. Only downside is that there is no air conditioning in the room so it can get quite hot in there. Therefore I cannot give 5/5 stars but it is solid 4.5*

Why, paying 100 eur/night I had to feel like the lady and a young guy at the reception were making a favor by talking to me? Hey people, do you know how to smile and be friendly? The girl serving the breakfast would be definitely a better fit greeting the guests... I would love to put 1 star here, but the room was nice and the breakfast was good.
S	Subha Sudhakar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hotel was nice.Although the rooms were small, one cannot deny that it was definitely clean and well maintained including the toilet and bathroom.WiFi connectivity was good in the room given to us.The receptionists were very helpful and warm welcoming and not to forget there were English speaking staffs due to which not only the natives but also Expats can choose this place for their business trip.There was good view of the town from the Hotel.You can also find a mall nearby at walkable distance from the hotel.Ideal place for short stay!!!
