★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Psal jsem email s dotazem zda mají produkt a za jakou cenu,odpověď žádná. V dnešní době beru email jako základní komunikační formu a poprvé co se mi stalo že jsem nedostal žádnou odpověď. Ceny zboží nejdou na internetu zjistit jako u konkurence jelikož internetové stránky jsou pouze spíše informační,možná fungují jen pro servisy.
A to jsem si myslel že už uteču jako zákazník firmy Pema ke konkurenci ale zatím budu hledat dál jiného prodejce v Ostravě a zatím stále nakupovat v prodejně Pema která se bohužel horší a horší.
I wrote an email asking if they have a product and at what price, no answer. Nowadays I take email as a basic communication form and for the first time it happened to me that I didn't get any answer. Prices of goods can not be found on the Internet as in the competition, because the website is only informative, maybe work only for service.
And I thought that I would run away as a Pema customer to the competition, but for now I will look for another dealer in Ostrava and still buy at the Pema shop, which unfortunately gets worse and worse.
