★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto neseriozní firma. Objednal jsem si u nich v září brikety, měli být dovezeny do tří týdnů, dnes, 19. listopadu se nám milostivě ozvali, že by je mohli zítra dovést. Nějaký měsíc zpoždění je pro ně zřejmě nepodstatná banalita. Když nebyli schopni se do konce října aspoň ozvat, objednal jsem si brikety jinde a měl jsem je doma za tři dny. O této firmě už nechci ani slyšet.
Absolutely unreliable firm. I ordered briquettes from them in September, they were to be imported within three weeks, today, on November 19, they graciously contacted us that they could bring them tomorrow. A month of delay is obviously irrelevant to them. When they were unable to speak by the end of October, I ordered briquettes elsewhere and had them at home in three days. I don't want to hear about this business anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi nekvalitní uhlí, rozhodně neodpovídá původu, který jsem si objednala. Nehoří, nízká výhřevnost a vysoký podíl prachu. Od jiných dodavatelů se mi toto nestalo. Při řešení reklamace neberou telefony. Tuto firmu rozhodně nemůžu doporučit.
Very low quality coal, it definitely does not correspond to the origin I ordered. No burning, low calorific value and high dust content. This has not happened to me from other suppliers. They do not take phones when resolving a complaint. I definitely can't recommend this company.
