★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doporučuji, absolvovala jsem x prohlídek rozestavěných u různých firem a tato se mi jako jediná zdála použitelná - jak poměrem cena/kvalita stavby, tak férovým přístupem a rozumnou domluvou, rychlostí výstavby. Vyplatilo se, výstavba proběhla až na drobnosti hladce, stavbu odevzdali ještě před smluvním termínem, komunikace po celou dobu výstavby super. Velmi oceňuji důkladné nacenění zakázky při podpisu smlouvy, vícepráce byly minimální - procento z ceny. Stavělo se v covidovém roce 2020 a i tak vše proběhlo hladce a poradili si i se zpožděním přípojek ze strany správců (kvůli lockdownu).
I recommend, I took x inspections under construction at various companies and this was the only one that seemed to me to be useful - both in terms of price / quality of the construction, and a fair approach and a reasonable agreement, the speed of construction. It paid off, the construction went smoothly down to the smallest level, the construction was handed over before the contractual deadline, the communication was great throughout the construction period. I really appreciate the thorough pricing of the contract when signing the contract, the extra work was minimal - a percentage of the price. It was built in the covid year of 2020 and even so everything went smoothly and they also managed to delay the connections by the administrators (due to the lockdown).
