M	Matej Pelach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Covid odberové miesto smartMED s.r.o. absolutne nerešpektuje odberné hodiny uvedené na internete. Na stránke covid.praha.eu sú uvedené odbery v piatok do 16:00. Rezervácia prebehla v poriadku, dokonca prišla potvrdzujúca SMS ale pri príchode na miesto všetko zatvorené, čísla uvedené na internete nedostupné. Odporúčam zvoliť iné miesto, toto je vysoko nespoľahlivé. Covid collection point smartMED s.r.o. absolutely does not respect the collection hours listed on the Internet. The covid.praha.eu website lists subscriptions on Friday until 16:00. The reservation was successful, even a confirmation SMS arrived, but everything was closed on arrival, the numbers listed on the Internet are not available. I recommend choosing another place, this is highly unreliable.

Šla jsem zatim ven se projít a přišla jsem cca 9:10 a na dveřích bylo napsáno ,,Dnes neordinujeme”.? Velice super I went to surgery and the doctor was absent and there was only a nurse. She told me the doctor would come after nine o'clock. So that I can come only then. So far I went out for a walk and I came about 9:10 am and the door said "Today we don't coordinate".

Pan doktor příjemný a prohlídka proběhla rychle.Jen jsem si musel počkat nebo objednaný čas neplatil tak jsem tam čekal hodinu.Sestře by slušel úsměv a né zamračeno. I went for an entrance examination. Mr. Doctor pleasant and the examination went quickly. I just had to wait or the ordered time did not pay, so I waited there for an hour. A smile would suit and not frown.

Výsledek?mám svou kartu a praktického lékaře vlastně vůbec nepotřebuji. It is better not to go to Dr. Hrab and his sister.umi prescribe only antibiotics drugs for cough and cold.can't issue a voucher for the spa .. today's meeting was very unpleasant. The result is that I have my card and I don't really need a GP at all.
P	Petr Jarema on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zkušenost jednoduše katastrofa. Plná ordinace objednaných pacientů a nerudný personál o něčem diskutuje v ordinaci aniž by během 50 minut odbavili jediného pacienta. Bez jakékoliv omlouvy, arogantní.. Tohle není dobrá vizitka českého zdravotnictví:-(. Experience simply a disaster. The full surgery of the ordered patients and the clumsy staff discuss something in the surgery without checking in a single patient within 50 minutes. Without any apology, arrogant .. This is not a good business card of the Czech healthcare system :-(.
J	Jan Moškvan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mám zkušenost s Chirurgií - moc příjemná paní sestřička i lékaři. Chodím "jen" na převazy, ale přesto lidský a ochotný přístup. Jako jediné mínus vidím čas začátku ordinační doby - 8:30, být to o hodinku dříve je to ideální. I have experience with Surgery - a very nice nurse and doctors. I go "only" for dressings, but still a human and willing approach. The only minus I see is the start time of the office - 8:30, being an hour earlier is ideal.

I was afraid like a kid to go to a Czech speaking doctor, but MUDr. Zelenkova was so nice to me and made me feel absolutely calm by her kindness and professionalism. The receptionist was also very helpful and friendly. Thank you so much!
