★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vyřízení bylo okamžité, nemusel jsem na nic čekat, rozdělení celkem logické, ačkoliv jsem se musel napoprvé zeptat, kam přesně mám jít, ale nebyl to žádný problém. Paní na přepážce byla zjevně unavená, ale její chování bylo velmi vstřícné a společně mi pomohla vyplnit i formulář a ještě zařídit online přístup k pojištění.
The execution was immediate, I did not have to wait for anything, the division was quite logical, although I had to ask the first time exactly where to go, but it was no problem. The lady at the counter was obviously tired, but her behavior was very helpful, and together she helped me fill out the form and still arrange online access to insurance.
