R	Renáta Dolejšková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji....paní prodavačka zrovna po tel.resila sve soukromí a zapomněla mi na dvoje boty vydat doklad e-kasi dostala jsem jen paragon... když jsem to šla řešit s majitelem oznámil mi ze to není možné a po dosti neprofesionální jednání volal účetní a ta mu poradila jak vyjet doklad ....uvažuji ze za dosti zesmesnujici a ponižující jednání majitele pošlu do této kamene prodejny kontrolu....NEDOPORUCUJI dejte si pozor!!! I do not recommend .... Mrs. saleswoman just after the phone resolved her privacy and forgot to give me two shoes to issue a document e-cash register I only got a receipt ... when I went to deal with the owner informed me that it is not possible and after quite unprofessional negotiations the accountant called and she advised him how to get the document .... I think that for a rather ridiculous and degrading behavior of the owner I will send a check to this stone of the store .... I DO NOT RECOMMEND be careful !!!
A	Antonin Friedrich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reaguji na poslední recenzi paní, co si říká Zdeňka Zdeněka...reklamaci dodavatel neuznal jako oprávněnou právě na základě posudku od soudního znalce...závada byla způsobena tzv. haluxem...přesto jsme této zákazníci vrátili peníze...to jsme nemuseli...a i tak nás tato zákaznice takto očerňila...bohužel i tací lidé jsou mezi námi...čekal bych spíš poděkování...jsem rád, že tato zákaznice už k nám chodit nebude... I respond to the last review of Mrs. Zdenek Zdenek ... claim the supplier did not recognize as justified just on the basis of an expert opinion ... the fault was caused by the so-called halux ... yet we refunded this customer ... we did not have to ... and even so this customer has defamed us so ... unfortunately even those people are among us ... I would rather expect thanks ... I am glad this customer will not come to us anymore ...

Reklamace řeší skutečně netradičně. Jelikož od doby koupě uběhl více než rok začal mi prodavač nejdříve vysvětlovat a dokládat jakýmsi novinovým článkem, že od roku 2014 je záruka jen půl roku. Následně se mi snažil tvrdit, že mám hallux a následkem toho vznikla reklamovaná závada. Bylo to nedůstojné dohadování, než jsem se domohla sepsání reklamace. Šlo o neopravitelnou závadu svršek praskl těsně nad podešví. Reklamace po 30ti dnech byla vyřešena vrácením peněz. Původně jsem myslela, že si nové boty koupím hned po sepsání reklamace opět tam, ale dnes už vím, že si tam nekoupím ani tkaničky do bot. I liked shopping at this store.
