★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has THE worst customer service in the universe. Not only that is far away from everything, but nobody from the employees ever answer your phone calls. I spend hours on the phone trying to reach someone... it´s impossible! In the end I spend 2 hours driving there to find out that only store is open but not the servis. All I needed was to change the battery ( 1 week old ) which is not recharging properly - only about 50%. The woman behind the counter had bad attitude - certainly does not have any training in customer service , telling me I am gonna have to wait 1 month for new batterry!!! That changed after me complaining a lot and after 2 days I received this message : Dobry den, Vase reklamace c. 1xxxxxxxx byla vyÅizena. Zakazku muzete vyzvednout Po-Pa od 8-17 hod. SERVIS HECHT MOTORS. Na tuto SMS neodpovidejte
What????? You are not going to send it to me home??? Your product was defected and I had to spend more time and money to make it actually work!!!
