★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dodnes jsem nejak mijel znacku HECHT, nabidka a ceny me zaujaly natolik, ze tomu dam sanci. Pristup v prodejne v Jicine byl super. Uvidime jak vyrobky samy o sobe.
To this day, I have somehow passed the HECHT brand, the offer and prices attracted me so much that I give it a chance. The approach at the Jicine store was great. We will see how the products themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koupil jsem si strunovou sekačku. Po dvou sekáních se neodvíjí struna, kvůli rozbité strunové hlavě. Reklamovat to nejde, prý je to "spotřební materiál" a mám si za 1/3 ceny celé sekačky koupit novou strunovou hlavu.
I bought a string trimmer. After two chopping, the string does not unwind, due to the broken string head. It is not possible to complain, it is said to be a "consumable" and I have to buy a new string head for 1/3 of the price of the whole mower.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bezvadná obsluha prodejny...ale nejvíc mne potěšil Servisní technik, který nejenom přístupem, ochotou ale hlavně šikovnosti přesvědčil veškerá má přesvědčení i opravě o které jsem už ani nedoufala, že půjde opravit ".... Kéž by takových šikovných techniků bylo všude více ";?✌️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profi jednání a konzultace před prodejem. Mohu doporučit. A hlavně ideální otvírací doba. Prostě se tady krásně utrácí, a já hned mohu jít dosekat zahradu.
