Pokud jdete reklamovat, tak se k Vám chovají jako k póvlu. Já u nich poptávala dotisk účtenky, kdy nevyjelo celé číslo dokladu a bylo třeba do účetnictví, po nějaké době, kdy jsem jim psala a volala, si můj tel zablokovaly(doba home office a nejsem místní, takže na prodejnu jsem nejela).
I reklamace našich pil a sekaček byla vždy hrozný problém.
The products are ok, if you touch correctly and take care of the thing, it will last.
If you go to complain, they treat you like a half. I asked them for a reprint of the receipt, when the whole number of the document did not go out and it was necessary for accounting, after some time when I wrote and called them, they blocked my phone (home office time and I'm not local, so I didn't go to the store).
Complaints about our saws and mowers have always been a terrible problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zakoupená sekačka s elektrickým startem nestartuje ,tudíž neseká ,po čtyřech reklamacích uplynula záruční doba a mám sekačku na kterou můžu tak leda dívat a nebo cpát neustále peníze do oprav? absolutní nezájem o řešení reklamace formou výměny a nebo vrácení peněz.Hecht už nikdy???
