I bought a submersible water pump, after five months of use, the pump stopped pumping water because a hole like a five-crown had formed in the casing of the pump casing. I brought a non-functional pump to the Hecht store in Zlín for a complaint. After 14 days I received an SMS that the complaint is settled. To my disappointment, the complaint was rejected due to the pump being immersed in water. How witty. Therefore, I decided to write this review and warn potential other buyers. It was my last purchase at this store.

Bought a robotic lawnmower, which stopped working after 3 months (when it worked, mowed well), the start button stopped working. The first claim is returned after three weeks, that it has been fixed. No change after the engagement, so no one even touched it. So claim number two, after two weeks of calling, I need a pin. He communicated and after another two weeks he returned repaired. The test showed that again no change can still be turned on, just a little different restart loop. So other complaints. After the winter function test, again the same behavior, the button does not work, the mower still in the restart loop. So the third complaint and the request for a refund. 3x same error. After a month, it was denied that they did not know the pin (which they had already received once, and they also called the supplied contact about it during the second repair) and informed that the mistake was that the mower was dirty from the grass. So 3 times without a problem and when it comes to return, then suddenly a mistake in the fact that the mower is used for mowing, which is almost 8 months Sunday, because Hecht service supplies equipment that they are unable to repair. Currently the fourth repair, pin delivered, the mower is in Prague again in 14 days. Electrical products are sent there, they can't fix it locally. Nobody takes an attempt to call the phone on the hecht.cz website at the service department. Half time later. Opening until 17. So the company Hecht absolutely disappointed. Service equipment el desperate equipment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I bought a 3.6 kg cake. I worked with him for about 3 minutes. I didn't hit the log properly and the handle broke.
