Bohužel cyklotrenažer se poškodil při dopravě, ale reklamace i komunikace při reklamaci proběhla bez problémů. Čekal jsem sice déle na vyřízení, ale paní (slečna) Radkevych odpovídala rychle a vstřícně na emailové dotazy + mi vysvětlila i důvod zpoždění. Takhle si představuji bezproblémovou komunikaci s eshopem. Se zbylým zbožím jsem spokojen a eshop určitě doporučuji. I have excellent experience with the e-shop. Když jsem ho konečně postavil a napusil, zjisil jsem že na dvou mísech teče... nemohl jsem ho poškodit já, dal jsem pod něj geotextilii + oiginal podkladovou plachtu... navíc netěsní ventil přepadu. Nemám sílu to balit, skláda a reklamovat, zalepím to a snad se letos vykoupu. Jediné plus je slušná podpora na chatu. edit 29.6.21: Oceňuji přístup obchodu a ochotu řešit problém i po doručení zboží, takže přidávám hvězdičky, za díry v bazénu beztak nemůže prodejce ale výrobce.
