I come to see Dr. Svjatkin, she is very helpful and pleasant. If I have any questions, the Council will answer them, always explain everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I precisely asked for appointment after 5pm, because i work all weekdays till 5pm, and it was scheduled for 17:45. They called few days after to remind me, that i need to make an appointment for yearly check up and i told, that I've already have one on 17:45 on 17th. When i arrived on time it was raining and lady through the door speaker (she even didn't let me inside to explain the situation!) said that i was supposed to come few hours ago and that doctor doesn't expect patients that late, BTW on Google they have actual schedule and it's clearly stated they work till 6pm. So she started to play, that i mixed timing keeping me outside the building. I mean you don't expect any high service level, but this is just too much talking into the consideration, that I'm their patient for years and doctor was still there. Wasted 1,5 hours.
