★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice ochotný personál , objednávka uskutečněná přes web byla druhý den k vyzvednutí.
Po telefonu jsme si domluvili možnost vyzkoušení, kolo bylo druhý den připraveno a seřízeno a následně námi zakoupeno.
Při platbě jsme ještě dostali slevu. Za mě vše vpořádku.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsem si nechal vyměnit řetěz a když jsem přišel Pro kolo tak mi řekli že tam mám řetěz za 850 Kč aniž by mi dopředu zavolali. Co je tam za řetěz těžko zjistím ale standard je řetěz za 200 Kč. Takže si myslím že mě natáhli minimálně o 400 Kč. Už nikdy více tenhle obchod.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8:58 mi řekli, že ještě není otevřeno, ok to chápu, ale mohli získat plusové body. Do prodejny jsem šel s jasnou představou o kole 29" kola a XL velikost rámu. O hlavu vyšší pán si mě přeměřil a sdělil mi, že na XL nemám postavu, protože bych se přes rám nedokázal postavit celým chodidlem na zem. Tak jsme vybírali kolo očima a skončil jsem s doporučením kola, které bylo velikosti L a o 7tis. dražší než má původní představa. V dalších dvou konkurenčních obchodech jsem se projel na stejném kole velikosti XL a naprosto mi sedlo, dokonce mám v rozkroku rezervu. Tak jsem si ho koupil a jsem spokojený, jen už pro mě nikdy nebude Helia sport na prvním místě.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jaký je rozdíl mezi servisem pro koloběžku a pro kolo? Vidím jediný. Koloběžka nemá pedály. A elektro... má navíc motor. Chtěl jsem jen "servis" ve smyslu nafouknutí, pán mě ani nenechal domluvit, že to mám zkusit někde, kde se prodávají... (vyměnil jsem bezdušové pneu, které nesedly, zkoušel jsem nafouknout na benzince, hustilkou bych mohl tak akorát -víte, co-, ale bez úspěchu; to však pán neví. A neví ani to, že jakykoliv nejbližší servis je minimálně v centru Ostravy, otevřený PO - PÁ, 13-16 a já v Porubě, pracuji v OV Kunčicích do 14 hod. A než to otočím domů a do Ostravy, je POZDĚ). Nežádám o nic specifického. Jen dohustit profi výbavou, aby gumy SEDLY! Z těchto důvodů bych uvítal JAKÝKOLIV SERVIS ELEKTROKOLOBĚŽEK V PORUBĚ! BOHUŽEL.
