Navíc se nebojí experimentovat. Vždycky odchazim naprosto spokojená. Moniku všem opravdu vřele doporučuji!!!! This is my BEST BEAUTY SALON FOREVER !!! Monika is a great hairdresser who knows exactly what I need and always cuts and paints me perfectly. In addition, they are not afraid to experiment. I always leave completely satisfied. I really highly recommend Monika to everyone !!!!

Okrem splnenia zadania na 120%, môžete čakať full servis čo sa týka starostlivosti o vlasy, ale aj skvelý pokec a príjemnú atmosféru. Určite budem Moniku a Fallen Angel ďalej navštevovať a odporúčam všetkými desiatimi ? I went to Monika with a request for a big change in hair color. A	Adéla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ombre podle paní Moniky – požadavek vs. výsledek (zbývající fotografie jdou vidět přes google mapy). Fotografie byly paní Monice zaslány předem, že požadovaného výsledku není schopna dosáhnout však neavizovala. K paní Monice jsem šla s blonďatým melírem ve svých (hnědých – plavých) vlasech. Dle dohody měla na hlavu použít barvu obdobnou mému přírodnímu odstínu, což absolutně neodhadla. Ve výsledku však neshledává žádné pochybení, ačkoliv nejprve tvrdila, že vrátí peníze (bohužel se tak doteď nestalo). Následná komunikace s paní Monikou byla poměrně obtížná - několikrát měnila svá vyjádření a posléze házela své pochybení na mou osobu. Nejprve tvrdila, že jsem to přesně takhle chtěla, poté jsem údajně nevěděla, co chci a nakonec jsem ani nechtěla ombre (a na otázku, co je tedy tohle, mi již nedokázala odpovědět). Oprava v jiném kadeřnictví stála přes 3500,-. K tomu všemu bych ráda uvedla, že během „úpravy“ mých vlasů stihla obarvit další 2 zákaznice, přičemž dobu, po kterou máte barvu na vlasech, si hlídáte sami (a pokud zrovna dodělává jinou zákaznici, musíte hold počkat). Paní Monika rovněž prodává vlasové přípravky se 100% přirážkou (přípravek za 300,- od paní Moniky lze na internetu koupit od 142,-). V závěru jen dodám, že paní Monika automaticky tyká (a to už mi několik let není náct). Obrázek si tedy udělejte sami. Ombre according to Ms. Monika - requirement vs. result (the remaining photos can be seen via google maps). Photographs were sent to Ms. Monica in advance that she was unable to achieve the desired result but did not notify. I went to Mrs. Monica with blond highlights in my (brown - blond) hair. By agreement she was supposed to use a color similar to my natural shade on her head, which she absolutely did not. In the end, however, she finds no mistake, although she first claimed to return the money (unfortunately not so far). The subsequent communication with Ms. Monika was quite difficult - she changed her statements several times and then threw her misconduct at me. At first she claimed that I wanted it that way, then I supposedly didn't know what I wanted and finally I didn't even want to ombre (and she couldn't answer my question about what this was then). Repair in another hairdresser cost over 3500, -. On top of that, I would like to say that during the "adjustment" of my hair, 2 other customers were able to color, while you watch the time you have color on your hair (and if you are finishing another customer, you have to wait). Ms. Monika also sells hair products with 100% surcharge (the product for 300, - from Ms. Monika can be bought online from 142, -). In conclusion, I just add that Mrs. Monika automatically asks (and I have not been for several years). So make a picture yourself.
