★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Хорошее немецкое предприятие. Порядок и дисциплина (но не чрезмерная). Условия труда хорошие. И такой момент - зимой работы мало. А значит и заработок низкий.
Good German enterprise. Order and discipline (but not excessive). Working conditions are good. And such a moment - little work in the winter. So, the earnings are low.
