About Herbivore
Prvotní myšlenkou bylo čistě otevření obchodu se zdravou výživou a neživočišnými produkty. To nám, tady na Výtoni, dost chybělo. Pak jsme si ale uvědomili, že chceme jíst zdravě, bez živočišných produktů, pokud možno zajímavě a rozličně a ještě ke všemu chutně :-) A i když jsme našli různé možnosti zdravého a vegetariánsko/veganského stravování, stále nám chyběl výběr většího množství zeleninových jídel na různé způsoby, které navíc opravdu chutnají...A tak k plánovanému obchodu s veganskými produkty vznikl i nápad salátového baru/bistra.
Náš obchod pro nás není jen zaměstnáním, máme ho opravdu rádi a práce nás naplňuje. Vždy se na Vás upřímně těšíme!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going here for a few months now, every time I'm blown away by how consistently delicious and flavorful the food is. Vegan dishes can be very bland sometimes, so it's great to see someone knock it out of the park like this.
The dishes taste just as good as (and usually, better than) their non-vegan counterparts. And this is coming from someone who isn't vegan!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, this place is amazing!! I am so grateful they exists is Prague. I really appreciate food that feels alive and also doesn’t have a lot of oil - and Herbivore delivers both of those things. Which is rare for a restaurant!! Also, other positive aspects of it are the portion sizes (they are actually enough to fill you, which again, isn’t always the case in a restaurant. I don’t feel like they cheap out on the veggies and I appreciate that so much); whether the food is delivered or I eat in person at the restaurant it is always consistent and top notch; and if you do eat at the restaurant the vibe is perfect. I appreciate this place so much and truly believe it’s a gem in both Prague and the world!! Thank you Herbivore ???

Absolutely recomended.
Fair prices: 2 starters, 2 main dishes, 1 fruit juice and 1, dessert for 693kz (27eur).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charming little spot I visited after touring Vyserad. Nice flat white while demolishing a hummus crudite plate. Lots of delicious looking vegan fare on offer and a refreshing view of the street and river. Service was super sweet and a good place to practice the 3 Czech phrases I know!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars for the carrot cake taste and poppyseed strudel! Though the service is not very attentive and disappointingly no coffee from machine, (only filter coffee to accompany your treat).
The place also sells a big eco variety of stuff for edible and household purposes.
Ps wish I could taste freshly baked apple pie??
And banana bread is great! Though they didn’t have a fresh peace to offer. I tried a bite of a stale one, but even being such it promised a great texture and taste?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is fantastic. Lovely cosy decor, friendly service (you really feel welcomed) and amazing vegan food. It is so peaceful there, you can relax away from the city centre and enjoy a nice river view! The cakes are seasonal, freshly made, not too sweet and just delicious. There’s also a lunch menu and some olives / nuts from the deli counter. You can also find a little shop with a great variety of vegan food supply. Great address for food lovers; we will certainly be back when visiting Prague again. Thank you so much for this great experience :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casual but yummy vegan restaurant and shop. They sell all sorts of vegan foods and household items and products. They have a beautiful olive and almond bar, daily desserts like amazing apple pie and cakes... they have coffee and fresh juices and smoothies. There’s a permanent menu as well as a lunch menu. We always love going there. The interior is cozy and cute. The seating is pretty casual... a couch, a bar, and some small tables and chairs. Staff is nice and friendly. I highly recommend it! Their fried vegan cheese (smazak) is very good, as well as fried cauliflower, curry, bowl... it’s all good.
