j	jirka87 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zakoupil jsem skladový telefon DoogeeS68 Pro. Komunikace a rychlost dodání stejná jako v jakémkoliv jiném, násobně větším e-shopu = naprosto OK. Pravda, telefon jsem si musel v jistém smyslu poměrně složitě nastavit sám, aby mě bylo na druhé straně slyšet, ale to jsem věděl už před objednáním. Přecijen je to odolný telefon z dílen čínských soudruhů Dále jsem měl po několika týdnech pár dotazů a ty mi byly zodpovězeny tentýž den. Dovolat se taky nebyl problém. Popravdě mě dost udivuje ta míra negativních recenzí (byť teda většinou 4roky starých). Já jsem s přístupem prodávajícího spokojený. Pravda - zatím jsem nic nereklamoval, ale msyslím si, že by to problém nebyl. I bought a DoogeeS68 Pro stock phone. Communication and speed of delivery the same as in any other, many times larger e-shop = absolutely OK. True, in a sense I had to set up my phone quite complicated so that I could be heard on the other side, but I knew that before ordering. Overrated, it is a durable phone from the workshops of Chinese comrades I also had a few questions after a few weeks and they were answered the same day. Calling was not a problem either. In fact, I'm quite surprised by the level of negative reviews (although mostly 4 years old). I am satisfied with the approach of the seller. True - I haven't complained about anything yet, but I don't think it would be a problem.

Uz nikdy vice NEDOPORUCUJU Hruuuza ... the watch for 5,000 reached but carried a microphone, repair + 150 for postage carried a slot for sim again repair + 150 for postage flowed into them even at rain ... I wanted to return the money ... they stopped communicating. I NEVER RECOMMEND again
D	Daniel Stráník on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přečetl jsem si starší recenze a musím s nimi nesouhlasit. Za mě komunikace perfektní. Mohu jen doporučit pan majitel bez problémů. Včera jsem si zavolal, jestli nemá náhodou požadovaný telefon na skladě a do dvou hodin jsem si jej fyzicky vyzvednul. Ochota řešit mé nestandardní přání a komunikace byla byla výborná. I have read older reviews and I have to disagree with them. Communication is perfect for me. I can only recommend the owner without any problems. Yesterday I called to see if he accidentally had the required phone in stock and within two hours I physically picked it up. The willingness to deal with my non-standard wishes and communication was excellent.
D	Doggy Jesus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vřele NEdoporučuji, Ing. Studnička se zdá být jako milý člověk, který ve všem rád vyhoví, nicméně naslibuje hory doly a nic se nekoná. Pokud nechcete na objednávku čekat několik týdnů (i potom, co jste byli ujištěni, že byla odeslána, jenom nemohou najít sledovací číslo zásilky), tomuto obchodu se VYHNĚTE. Majitel bude slibovat spoustu kompenzací za pozdní dodání a opravy, všechno je však lež. I po 3 mailech s připomenutím, že má poslat slibovanou SD kartu jako kompenzaci za opoždění (na které navíc kladně odpověděl s tím, že už ji odeslal), se ničeho nedočkáte. I do not highly recommend, Ing. Studnička seems to be like a nice person who likes to do everything in everything, but promises the mountains mines and nothing happens. If you do not want to wait several weeks for the order (even after you have been assured that it has been sent, just cannot find the tracking number of the shipment), AVOID this store. The owner will promise a lot of compensation for late delivery and repairs, but everything is a lie. Even after 3 mails reminding you to send the promised SD card as a compensation for the delay (which, moreover, he has responded positively that he has already sent it), you will not receive anything.

Při poruše předního reproduktoru (sluchátka) ochotná spolupráce a snaha pomoci na dálku, pokud by byl problém v softwaru. Při zjištění, že je problém v hardwaru (nutno vyměnit součástku), opět velmi ochotný přístup, vč. zapůjčení náhradního telefonu. Oprava do druhého dne zdarma v rámci záruky. Děkuji a obchod doporučuji:-) I have a great experience with Here-Shop.cz. Buying a phone is easy. Fast, reliable delivery. When the front speaker (headphones) fails, willing cooperation and attempts to help remotely if there is a problem with the software. If it is found that there is a problem in the hardware (it is necessary to replace the component), again a very willing approach, incl. spare phone rental. Free next day repair under warranty. J	Jakub Prachař on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na eshopu jsem zaklikl aplikovat ochrané sklo a pouze ho přidali do balení. Když jsem chtěl reklamovat nelze. Takže na tomto eshopu jsem objednával naposledy. Telefon Ulefone X5pro nic nevydrž a po necelém roce se strašně seká a brzo odchází baterie. At the e-shop, I clicked to apply protective glass and they just added it to the package. When I wanted to complain you can not. So I last ordered at this e-shop. The Ulefone X5 doesn't last for anything, and after less than a year, it cuts terribly and the batteries leave soon.

A za necelé tři dny od poslání zpět mi byly vráceny peníze na účet. Perfektní. Obchod rozhodně doporučuji. I bought a phone at the here-shop. I shopped through Heureka. The phone didn't suit me (which wasn't a business mistake) so I returned it the next day. And less than three days after being sent back, my money was returned to my account. Perfect. I definitely recommend the store.
