★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Už nikdy! Na mapě mají v Praze a okolí spoustu techniků, avšak nikdo se s těmito kotli již nechce zabývat. Vlastně až na POUZE JEDNOHO staršího pána, který mi však kotel opravit nedokázal (neví, čím to je). Firma tvrdí, že má techniků dost, avšak realita je jiná. Přes půl roku mi kotel nikdo nezprovoznil a na mé zoufalé žádosti mi pan Štarman (jednatel) sdělil, že mám prostě smůlu a nemá, koho by mi poslal. Nakonec to skončilo koupí nového kotle, avšak po této zkušenosti již od jiné značky.
Never! They have a lot of technicians on the map in Prague and its surroundings, but nobody wants to deal with these boilers anymore. Actually, except ONLY ONE elderly man, who couldn't repair the boiler (he doesn't know what it is). The company claims to have enough technicians, but the reality is different. For over six months, no one put my boiler into operation, and at my desperate request, Mr. Starman (managing director) told me that I was simply unlucky and had no one to send me. Eventually it ended with the purchase of a new boiler, but after this experience from another brand.
