★ ★ ★ ★ ★ W naszym systemie solarnym (instalacja od Healex) tuz po tym jak skonczyla sie gwarancja padl sterownik. Problem wczesniej nie wystepowal. Oczywiscie teraz juz naprawa platna, dzwonic do serwisanta ten smial sie "ze wie o co chodzi i ma duzo takich zgloszen". Nie tej polacam firmy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Od listopada 2020 użytkuję pompe 10kw monoblok z grzałką 6kw, obsługuje dom i powierzchnię usługową w budynku energooszczędnym, jestem bardzo zadowolony z jej pracy, a miała możliwość się wykazać przy tegorocznych mrozach i w 100% dała radę, trochę ciężka obsługa klienta przez serwis, do momentu aż mój przedstawiciel handlowy nie zareagował była utrudniona, od tej pory obsługa przez odpowiednie osoby jest prawidłowa. Jeżeli dom jest nowo budowany i dopilnowane odpowiednie etapy takie rozwiązanie jest świetne. Z mojego punktu widzenia polecam. Budynek 240m2

Na pytanie długo jeszcze usłyszałem „już spinamy panele” ILE MOŻNA SPINAĆ? Pół godziny? I nie jest to pierwsza sytuacja… jeśli brakuje rak do pracy to potrzeba więcej ludzi. Gorzej jeśli brakuje chęci. Gdyby nie mój pracodawca w życiu bym się tu nie pojawił.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firma Hewalex zamontowała mi instalację solarną (cztery solary płaskie z osprzętem produkcji Hewalex) w 2009 roku. Wszystko działa świetnie od trzynastu lat. Bardzo duże oszczędności przy ogrzewaniu wody użytkowej – również w zimie przy słonecznej pogodzie. Kilka miesięcy temu zleciłem im wykonanie instalacji fotowoltaicznej. Panie – inżynierowie wsparcia technicznego – kompetentnie udzieliły wyczerpujących wyjaśnień, rad, uwzględniły moje potrzeby ale i sugestie w fazie projektowania. Dział Fotowoltaiki szybko zorganizował dostawę i montaż oraz przygotował dokumenty dla zakładu energetycznego. Wszystko przebiegło bardzo sprawnie i bezproblemowo. Podkreślam też dokładność pracy (bardzo stromy dach) i kulturę ekipy montażystów. Teraz jeszcze bardziej cieszę się słońcem a produkcję energii śledzę za pomocą aplikacji w smartfonie. Polecam Hewalex!

Ladies - technical support engineers - competently provided comprehensive explanations, advice, took into account my needs and suggestions at the design stage. The Photovoltaic Department quickly organized the delivery and assembly and prepared documents for the energy company. Everything went very smoothly and without any problems. I also emphasize the accuracy of the work (very steep roof) and the culture of the assembly team. Now I enjoy the sun even more and I follow the energy production using the application on my smartphone. I recommend Hewalex!
