Nowadays it is not easy to choose the right partner, a company that will help you materialize your dream, build a family house. My wife and I are very happy that we finally chose HK Dřestav. Not only is it a local company and we did not have to wait for craftsmen for weeks, but I also appreciate the care they took care of us from the beginning. Whether you think it is standard for a construction company to help you with your house design, visualization and help solve everything with a building permit, you are wrong. It was crucial for us. We had it at HK Dřestav from the beginning, mainly thanks to Mrs. Píchová. They helped us translate our concept into 3D visualization and then modify it through the final documentation to the actual implementation. Of course, there were a few inconveniences, after all, building a house is a large, long-term and costly project, but we managed to solve everything together to a successful end. With a calm heart, we can only warmly recommend HK Dřestav!

We have been living since January 2018. We were satisfied with the construction and the result. House stands, our recommendation with this company builds well known and also does not complain. Flowed under our shower, they arrived and repaired immediately. We just don't regret that we've been looking for a long and long time.

HK Dřestav built our dream house. From the first communication with Mr. Janouš, who represents the company for the Prague and Central Bohemia Region, we knew that it was the best choice. The construction planning process and the construction itself was perfectly planned. The construction manager was Mr. Kubín , the owner of the company, which gave me the feeling that we are in the best hands. We have been living for 1/2 year and we are extremely satisfied. If I had to build in the future, it would definitely be again with the HK Dřestav Company.

We built the house in 2017. As for communication, negotiating details or even expert consultations from the supplier, we can not complain about anything. Construction, like any such project, faced with various problems over time, but for a project as large as building a house, it is likely that not everything will go as planned. But we solved all the "problems" together and the whole house is now standing and working ... If I decide again whether to build with HK-Dřestav again, I will definitely say YES and I highly recommend this company.

We built a turnkey Bonnet family house with HK, including equipment. We are very satisfied with the house in terms of quality, so it is definitely at a good level. We also had HK do projects for the WWTP, water connection and issue a building permit. As for construction, it started in November 2019 with a foundation slab and then in January 2020 they brought a house, within 14 days there was a rough construction (roof, lining, entrance door, windows, gutters), then I was always told when to come what to do . I still had my extra supervision with which I went to the construction site and I wrote down things that I then took care of. Usually once a month the supervision from the company came and we went through the whole house and the things done at the given stage. I had agreed with the company that I would keep one key and one would stay on the construction site, which I found out that not every company does. It was great that at the beginning of May the house was completely finished (bathroom, technical, heat pump connected, laid floors, drawers) and sometime around May 20, 2020, the house was handed over to us, including all the documents needed for approval. According to the contract, the house was to be handed over around 15 June at the latest, so they managed to do so well in advance. We have been in the house for a year now and I can say that we are satisfied with the house. Even after a year, there was no serious problem. The only thing that happened was that the boys forgot to insulate the pipe from the fan from the bathroom, where the water then condensed, but this was resolved by a complaint and they came to fix it. I can definitely recommend the company. And I would build with them again. What I definitely consider an advantage is that as far as the agreed amounts are concerned, they are valid and every change is resolved by an amendment. So it can't happen that they would tell you at the end, but it will be more.

Unfortunately, we do not have a good experience. Fortunately, our collaboration ended before it began, creating an architectural study that was in the event for free and was supposed to lead to a quote. Our comments and e-mails, which I carefully compiled or sent for explanations and pictures, were read in half and our idea was not absolutely understood. The answers were quick, but the questions were either unanswered or very brief. In the end, we were just forwarded copies of the communication of Ms. Fantová and probably the designer, including phrases such as: "kindly realize ..." and the like. When we finally agreed that the study was somehow fitting, we never received a quote again. When choosing a construction company, we negotiated with about 20 companies and this was clearly the worst experience.

At the time when I was looking for a house supplier, my company was recommended to me by HK-Dřestav. They took me around their just completed house and were very satisfied. At that moment, I already had some communication with other suppliers, so I had an idea of ​​what was available on the market. I was lucky to have a few shared construction supervisors who know best who to build with and who to avoid by the big arch. They had no objections to the choice of Dřestav. In mid-May 2020, it dug into the ground and in mid-December, the finished work was handed over. If I were building another wooden building, I have a list of things to focus on - already at the project level to look at how aesthetically solved radon ventilation and sewerage, I would not choose a sheet metal roof - nothing can be modified or repaired on it, already on at the level of the base plate it is necessary to watch the right angles (it will not catch up), ... I have been moving professionally around the building industry for 15 years and it is not possible anywhere without supervising the construction. And yes, I was not satisfied with some subcontractors, but everything was always resolved. Overall, I have to say that if I ever build another wooden building in the future, HK-Dřestav will definitely be shortlisted :-).
