Byt byl např. na mapě označen v úplně jiných místech, než se reálně nacházel (byl zaznačen blíže ke službám a dále od rušné silnice). Mějte se na pozoru a na vše se raději zeptejte. Prohlídka bytu s paní Danou Šmídovou byla uspěchaná a zmatená. Když jsem si následně vzpomněl, že jsem se nezeptal na možnost chování psa v bytě, na zaslanou sms vůbec nereagovala. Její kolegyně Lenka Prskavcová mi sice na email zaslaný druhý den obratem odpověděla. Když jsem ji ale upozornil, že by mohla být informace o zákazu chování zvířat uvedena již v inzerátu, odpověděla mi: "Pane, Vy víte moc dobře, že pes je často problém a sám jste se na to nezeptal?! Níže uvedené si tedy příště nechte od cesty. Váš pes moje chyba není." Takto si seriózní jednání realitní kanceláře nepředstavuji. Nic nebyl problém a já jsem se nemusela vůbec o nic starat. Největší šok pro mě byl, když mi zavolala přímo paní jednatelka a chtěla vědět zda jsem byla spokojená a jestli vše probíhalo, tak jak jsem si představovala. Especially The So called chief brokers - Ing. Dana Šmídová. Sent her multiple messages > No Reply. Called her > After many attempts she answered asking to send email. Sent emails> No reply Messaged again > No Reply Asked my Girlified to call her > She asked to send email. and Same Story repeated. A Total Disaster and most unprofessional people!
