★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potřebovali jsme namontovat markýzu na balkon, původní domluva byla, že pánové přijedou v úterý. V ponděli volali, že nemohou a přijedou ve středu. Ve středu přišel telefon, že jim to nevyšlo a přijedou ve čtvrtek... Pracujícím tak doporučuji vzít si dovolenou na celý týden, protože spolehlivá domluva zde neexistuje. Markýzu pánové montovali zhruba hodinu, překvapením bylo, když si za práci vzali 1700 Kč, tedy skoro stejně, kolik stála samotná markýza. Cena absolutně nekoresponduje s ceníkem na webových stránkách. Doklad odmítli vypsat na místě a slíbili ho poslat do mailu, ale ani po několika připomenutích nic neposlali. Udělejte si obrázek sami, tuto firmu velmi nedoporučuji!
We needed to mount an awning on the balcony, the original arrangement was that the gentlemen would arrive on Tuesday. They called on Monday that they could not and will arrive on Wednesday. The phone came on Wednesday that they didn't make it and they will arrive on Thursday ... So I recommend the workers to take a holiday for a whole week, because there is no reliable agreement here. The gentlemen assembled the awning for about an hour, the surprise was when they took 1700 CZK for the work, ie almost the same as the awning itself cost. The price absolutely does not correspond to the price list on the website. They refused to print the document on the spot and promised to send it by e-mail, but even after a few reminders they did not send anything. Take a picture yourself, I don't highly recommend this company!
