Prisla jsem se zmensit reminek na uplne novych hodinkach, rekla dopredu - ze jsem se to zkousila sama a neslo me to. Ukazala jsem, ktere clanky chci odebrat. Po odebrani clanku me prinesla hodinky zpatky. Jsem se vsimla, ze jeden clanek co zustal na hodinkah je silne poskraban z boku (hodinky jsou ze hliniku a je to jednoduche je poskrabat, jsou jemne). Klidne a uctive jsem se to pani rekla, jenom poprosila vymenit poskrabany hodinarem clanek na novy. Na tuhle prosbu pani zacala KRICET ze jsem se to poskrabala doma sama a tady jejim delam zbytecnou prace navic.. todle je pristup ke zakazniky... ze jejich hodinar vubec neni schopny takhle poskrabat hodinky, a tak dal.. Vysvetlila jsem ji, ze hodinky jsou nove a budou darovany, a ze ja jenom nechci darovat jiz nekym poskrane hodinky. Konecne vymeniv ten nestastny clanek, vyhodila me a rekla aby jsem tady nikdy vic neprichazela. Jedna hvezdicka tomuhle podniku je jeste hodne. (a 200 korun za vymenu clanku samozrejme). I explained to her that The watch is new and will be donated, and that I just don't want to donate any more damaged watches. He finally exchanged the hapless article, fired me and told me never to come here again. There is still a lot of stars for this business. (and 200 crowns for the replacement of the article, of course).

Pani koukla a během dvou vteřin řekla, ze to nejde.. a vic se se mnou nebavila, aniž bych se na cokoliv zeptala, začala se věnovat jinému zákazníkovi... tak jsem řekla důrazně nashledanou a pani na me jeste volala, jestli jsem na ni jako naštvaná... řekla jsem, ze ano, ze tomu nerozumím a chtela jsem poradit..... No sla jsem jinam a tam jsme to bez problému s velkou ochotou vyřešili... Chodili jsme tam léta, ale uz tam nepůjdu, minimálně ne do te doby, co tam bude tahle pani... a nebylo to zrovna špatnou náladou, protože jsem to následně slyšela od vic lidi. Minule jsem chtěl nechat vyměnit řemínek, přišel jsem v 16.20, paní řekla, že hodinář už šel domů, tak mám přijít zítra. Vzhledem k obtížnému parkování a časovým možnostem mě to velice potěšilo. Cestou z obchodu mi ještě doporučila, abych se občas usmíval, že to prý hodně prospívá. Paní cizí státní příslušnice si toto převzala a dala hodináři k úpravě. Po jejím dotaze kde jsem tyto hodinky značky Citizen zakoupil.Po mém sdělení že u TIME STORE na internetu,jsem si musel poslechnout její velice chytrou radu,aby mi toto udělal prodejce od něhož jsem tyto zakoupil.Dále jsem byl upozorněn na cenu za tuto opravu a to 100,- kč. V poslední době jedna neochotná paní, která by si měla každého zákazníka vážit,zvláště když ve čtvrtek teprve otevírali. Byla to moje poslední návštěva u tohoto prodejce a opravce.
